I have been having blood tests for the last 32 years. I have finally found the place for me. Lovely bright waiting room with music playing in the background.
I'm a kidney patient so my veins aren't the best. But the lady who looked after me was absolutely amazing. She saw that my hands were shaking, she was very reassuring, patient and gentle. I was only discharged from hospital 3 days prior and this lady was by far the best as I had no pain.

I came in with my 3 yr old for a blood test and the staff were amazing with him. Both were friendly and caring, making a nervous little one and his mum feel less stressed. Mr 3 was impressed with his take home stach (stamp, sticker and colouring in page). If he ever needs blood tests in the future I know where to bring him.

I went in today for a blood test and the nurse that helped me (I can’t remember her name sorry) was very nice and helpful! I struggle with blood tests and she made it a very easy experience for me.

Come here regularly for tests and the staff are always lovely and remember my name. Its like seeing friends when you walk in. They are also fantastic at taking bloods! Didnt feel a thing.

Always friendly, professional and above all.gentle! They never have trainees here trying to work out the difference between a pin cushion and a human.
