The ‘nurse’ taking blood is the slowest I’ve ever seen. Beach St. Family Medical Practice Frankston should find out what the issue is. Waiting 50mins to have blood sample taken. Then the nurse said my veins are too small, and advised to go to the H. I do not recommend this place at all.

It would be nice to know that open means closed when they are on lunch for an hour. I too only have a lunch break (1/2 hr) to try and get my tests and drop off samples. But there is no one able to take my samples, as the staff at two clinics explained.
