7Very bad service! I went there and waited long… and when my turn came they said we don’t have tubes for the blood collection…. I took off for this blood test. So annoying
Highlands clinical labs. Efficient friendly staff in pathology the day I went. Courtesy and had good time management with my 2 hr glucose test. Thankyou.

Never picks up phone calls. Impossible to make appointments for blood tests. Tried calling 3 days consistently then gave up. So frustrating, why have a phone line when no one is going to answer it? !
Poor service waiting soo long and wasted people time don’t care timing
There is a lot of waiting. There is only 1 pathologist & takes a lot of time. Some people come in between & get them tested on request & the pathologist entertains them & takes their referral. The others meanwhile keep waiting no matter even if they are getting late too. Wastage of time.
Went in the morning around 10.30, the wait was 10 minutes literally and i can say that i have found the place for my pathology needs. Diana the pathologist was AMAZING and this was the only time i have ever felt comfortable during a blood test.she was so good she made sure im comfy and she was the best ive been to
