Blood collection centre. Had no issues, entire process was painless and easy. Normally go to Dandenong Hospital for blood tests but will be going here in future. The collection staff here do an excellent job and makes you feel completely at ease with the process.

First was made to wait 90min for a urine test for my mother, then was told it has to be done fresh in the morning after the doctors said any time and don’t need to fast and explained my mum is up every hour peeing so there is no fresh sample. When trying to drop off the next day and was told I had to take a card and wait I asked if I could just knock n drop off but no. After 25min my card gets called to be told I could have just dropped it so I said that’s what I was told. Then lady at the desk said she didn’t say that after I had shown her the bag n said it’s just a drop off and asked if I could just knock. Makes me angry to be implied as a liar when they are the liars.

Agonisingly slow and the lady pretty much had no idea what she was doing! She was talking herself through the process of what she needed to do. But not very confidently!
Not happy and definately not coming back here!

The lady is in the blood room was very rude.don’t know how to treat a patient.she was very rude with me and my 2 year old son. I was very very sad.place is very clean n beautiful I went there couple of times but those staff are very friendly and nice.but this time am disappointed.
