So far so good. I was exploring a commercial engagement to look after many systems in a business. Alex has been very thorough and polite to deal with.
One appointment was delayed as a technician was unwell, this happens, it was rebooked within 24 hours. Great outcome.

I booked a domestic repair this week and the technician Bruno was again excellent. He did a great job, explaining everything. We felt heard, looked after and informed. He spoke highly of the company and seemed to enjoy his job.

I was impressed by Alex and Bruno. Will send more work to ACS.

We recently got two Split systems installed through Australian Climate Systems. The whole process from quoting to post installation checks were done in a seamless, efficient and professional manner. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We got the quote on Monday and the installation was completed by Thursday of the same week.

There was very good communication all the way through. Very pleased with the outcomes. We would highly recommend the team.

At the risk of this sounding like Ann’s from two months ago, I too dealt with Felicity in the office and Dan in Sales. Found them both very helpful, professional & respectful in that Dan kept in continued communication with me to ensure all boxes were ticked.

Fabulous company to deal with, exceptional service! The communication between me, sales and office staff was seamless. The technicians did a great job installing our split system air con. They were helpful, on time time and left the area spotless. Such a joy to deal with professionals! Highly recommend.

Was referred to ACS by a friend - 100% would recommend as well! Dan came by to take a look at my issue. I had two others give me quotes as well. One had said it wasn't possible to fix and therefore needed a whole revamp, the other gave an outrageous quote.

Dan and ACS had no idea why I was told this by others and said a) it's definitely doable and b) gave me a very competitive quote. He was also very personable and actually spent time having a chat with me, which was lovely!

Nick and his team came to install a new heating system and service the cooling. They were super professional, efficient, tidy and cleaned up afterwards. The area was a tight space, but they managed to make it work and kept me informed of what was happening the whole time.

Agree with all the 5-star reviews. The installers were terrific and did a great job, and were happy to talk to us and show us how to use the new system. Our house is now so nice and warm! Everything was done on-time and no fuss.

Used ACS services again to replace a heater at a rental property just a few weeks before Christmas. That I am a repeat customer confirms my confidence in this company. Once again, prompt and courteous service. And despite the tenants cancelling an installation date and having to re-schedule, this was no problem for ACS. New heater was installed and all is good!

Update Aug 2022: just had an A/C installed (my third use of this company). I didn't bother going anywhere else. No problems and no issues.

Very poor. My gas heater was playing up. 2 workers came to have a look. They said they did all these tests and came back and said you need to get a new heater. I followed up with the office and they said you cant get parts for this heater anymore. This was a lie as I was able to get a new main gas valve very easily. The company still charged me $300. I was able to engage another company and they were able to fix the heater very easily. Typical company lying to customers to make more money.

I've used Australian Climate Systems for 3 ducted heating units now and wouldn't go anywhere else. I had an issue yesterday with low airflow and they sent Jonathan straight out today and it was a minor issue with ducting. Fixed in 5 mins. All staff are great to deal with from sales, admin and installers.

Great service and communication from the whole team. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and helpful, especially Vanessa and Kylie. The technician Meeran had to come twice in order to resolve the issue with our split system air conditioning, but was able to fix it and now it works perfectly. We were impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. Both times he was punctual, and even took his shoes off when he saw that we don't wear any in the house. Would highly recommend these guys for any air con issues ️

Discussed our requirements and made helpful suggestions. The crew turned up on time and were very co-operative, working around me as I was working from home. When I called back a week or two later with some queries about the installation, they didn't hesitate to send someone out, not to argue the point, but to make sure it was all sorted and we were happy. All our interactions with sales, office, and install staff were friendly, professional, and prompt. We got a good system that meets our needs nicely at a good price. Happy to recommend these guys (and Kylie!) to anyone.
