Customer service needs improvement Lady at the second checkout from the entrance door at 11am shift this Saturday needs to greet all the customers equally, my experience was the first elderly customers before me were respectfully greeted, I was next no eye contact she took my goods scanned them through was busy talking to her colleague, then the second customer behind me was served with chirpy greeting and I didn’t get the same service. Was it age or race? Berwick is a vibrant community with diversity. She needs customer service training.

Bought panel chicken schnitzels and they were rubbery taste terrible and had black hair through the meat. Gross never again.

Made a order 1st time, personally spoke to the manager Sheree a second time to confirm the order, simple just asking for sausages, went to pick it up and Sheree made a mistake with the order. Not an issue until she yells rudely at me in front of staff and customers. I stated that I came in twice to order and she blames me, I am appalled at the way I was treated. I am the customer and was treated as if it were my fault. Take accountability for your actions if you make a mistake. Defected do not order! Disgusting

Have shopped here for years and found the quality of meat to be excellent 99% of times. Had a hiccup a few weeks ago with some chicken feet and must say that the store manager Sheree, more than compensated the inconvenience I experienced with her awesome customer service and generous credit. I was incredibly impressed!

Always fresh, cheap and high quality. Go here for your weekly meat shop or your special public holiday cook up.

Only feedback would be to have some A5 wagyu small steaks.

Great range of meat cuts at reasonable prices. Also range of frozen meals as well as easy meals including meat pies ect. Good range of beef, lamb, pork & chicken as well as sauces and associated lines.

Love this shop, when its open that is. They are closed until June 17 due to renovations. It would
be courteous if the business could rectify their opening hours to reflect this. Just might save somebody else from wasting their time.

Bought some chicken there last weekend, after 2 days in the fridge the whole house started smelling like rotten meat.according to the label it wasn't even close to the expiry date. I will not be going back.

Dropped in today and got rump steak for $12.99 kg and chicken breast $4.99 kg absolutely fantastic prices, must be one of the cheapest Butchers in Australia.
