The quality and the cuts are terrible since new manager took over and all the good staff have gone im over it i been going for years but no more for us here

Excellent butcher with quality cuts of meat for a decent price. Easily beats Coles and Woolworths in pricing, but be sure to double check if ALDI provides a cheaper price.

Great service I ordered pork ribs two weeks ago, I went in to pick them up on my wheelchair the young lady that served me did a great job and to the butcher team that cut up the ribs for me thank you. I came all the way from clyde north because the one in berwick is under renovation. Thanks for your great service

Quality has dropped alot.
$1 a sausage is ridiculous.
Can't recommend.
Always went there but was really disappointed lately.

Overpriced meat that's barely "wholesale" for businesses. They try to scam you by always overweighing the meat. Never again. Don't reccomend

Good place to buy fresh meat at a great price
Plenty of parking, great choices of meat and very fresh. You can even ask them to cut it for you. I would recommend this place if you are having a BBQ or need to buy meat for a party or for the week.

Pretty good place to shop for a good cut, but lately I noticed meat it's absolutely soaked in water. I pay $30/kg for an eye fillet and I cannot grill it because there is so much water in it.

Being going there for over 20 yrs although it has change since the tack over to Australian Butchers.

My daughter and I went to do our 1-2 MTH meat shop.was surprised new owners.not Tasman anymore
A guy was having a chat to us.think he was one of the owners he said.we asked what happened to Tasman
Explained the first owned it then they sold to Tasman and now brought some of shops back. I remember that! Been shopping there that long.
We said that there prices are way to high and not much specials they have like Tasman did
.
He was trying to say coz there meat is vac sealed and grow there meat ect.it's A grade.
And have fancy stickers on it.that's how he was trying to say it's worth the high price!
Lol am sure I seen that brand some were else at another wholesale place.
Told him well lots of family's can't afford the high prices and it's not wholesale prices

We were really shocked at the prices and not as much to pick from like Tasman.
We brought some chicken only thing that was priced cheap.so didnt do our mthly meat shop.as we always did and stocked freezer up.
Don't think they last again.in business.if there over priced meat stays same!
Now looking for another real wholesale butchers.

Great variety. Very good value if you buy a bit of quantity and can use different meats / cuts

3 years buying meat in larger quantities for sausages and various other cuts for querying and smoking. Good quality meat pay your extra dollar per kg good insurance. Thanks Rick Darren and staff.

! WARNING! Waste of money.

The expectation going in was moderate.
Walked around store for a little while. Lady with US accent there kept getting in my way quite a lot. I pick up what i believe to be reasonable quality meat. Get up to the counter to experience rude customer service by same lady. Got the meat home and cooked it. This in itself was difficult. The breading was far too quick. The meat very grissly and full of fat. Was lucky to get any meat from my cutlets. Will never spend money here again.
