Australian Butchers Store

I like to shop here for meat. They have a big range, lots of specials, dry aged beef, brisket and Wagyu. Chicken, pork, hamburgers and sausages as well. They also have sauces and other deli/grocery style products

Best butcher in the knox area. Same quality if not better than others around but atleast a couple of buck per kg cheaper. For me there are no other butchers. Also they sell scrub daddies and yoghurts and dips and an assortment of other good stuff.

Very low act by the Australian butcher selling supermarket donuts by blocking the next door donuts shop way and giving them hard time. Being a local customer I really condolence the way they treating their neighbor's. This cruel step will definitely show the locals that how they treating others.

As soon as I walked in the door I regretted coming to this store. Staff were rude and yelling at customers as they walked in. Thought I'd still give it ago anyways, but nope. Service didn't improve. Cashier was horrible. I'd never go back there again. Self entitled and rude. And now hearing how they treat fellow small businesses, you should be extremely ashamed of yourselves! Another reason not to shop here.

Saw the post on Facebook that Australian butcher selling terrible donuts purposely and ruining next door Dodees donut shop business, which I never visit them but todays Facebook post made me fan of Dodoes donuts. I visited the donut shop this afternoon bought 6 pack of donuts which really made my day.
Beware butcher you wont survive last long with this attitude. I used to come to you guys but wont be coming anymore.

Shame on you for giving an innocent business a hard time. A butcher store selling donuts and coffee…. Never used to sell when I was a customer there. Glad I am now an EX customer.

I was after some southern rangers rib eyes today but you didn’t have any. Anyway, your butcher recommended your normal rib eyes and I took a full rack off your hands. Reverse seared, smoked over hickory, SPG for the rub. OMG they turned out way better than I expected! Thanks very much for the recommendation. Was a pleasure on the taste buds!

There is plenty of stock, every cut you could imagine you can buy other items as well, not just meat, staff are friendly, plenty of parking.

Great prices great range of products an staff bent over backwards to help you should be very proud of your store an your marvellous staff

Be very cautious on buying both the Marinated Beef Steak and the meat for Stewing. I spent $199 on lots of different meat Sunday February 12, and the dates on the packages was 17th & 18th February and thr meat is already OFF. The meat is spoiled. What a total waste of money. Today is the 15th.
The sausages were fine and the chicken was fine.
I'm very disappointed

*Update* i have returned to the store recently looks like their counter customer service have improved. Again new person at checkout he was little slow scanning as i had multiple items but he was smiling and was trying to do his best. I said sorry im buying bit too much holding up the queue He said nah its not your fault and rang bell extra staff opened other counters straightaway. At exit another staffer offered help me carry box to my car too. I now feel more comfortabe shopping here and I will be returning. Can see they do take in customer feedback and have provided better training for staff. Very glad:)

Bad customer service. Staff does not know how to use cash register. I shop here every week once or twice a week. Meat is good price is affordable. However bad attitude no customer service skills.
Today after scanning everything cashier asked me to bag everything myself (strange but I obliged didnt complain) I asked if I could pay half in cash half on card she said Sure.but she stuffed up and could not work out how to do it. Straight away i offered pay full on either card or cash.she bluntly said NO took my cash and went to the office disappeared. I was left there standing waiting (so was everyone else held up in the queue behind me). Came back with another cold faced lady who said to scan everything again. Apparently the cashier is staff in training.so no apologies.and I said last couple of weeks the same cashier was already there? After everything was scanned AGAIN I noticed this time total price was different? ! So I checked everything and realised last time she double scanned an item. Again NO apologies and the cashier started speaking to me in Chinese? As i am of Asian appearance? I am happy to shop here no issue with meat or price. Just terrible terrible customer service. Extremely rude. Hold you up in queue. Double scan. I was there for 15mins just trying to pay BUT was made to feel like it was my fault.eg I bought too much I asked pay half cash had to scan again was holding others up. Make sure check your receipt too. Staff need more training on how to use cash register and I would recommend a sign that says Staff In Training displayed so people can avoid all this trouble when they see the sign. There was not even one single word of SORRY for holding you up this long Not sorry about double scanning etc. I just felt like I was the person causing all this trouble and holding up the queue.

My family doesn't eat much red meat so I shop at the Boronia store mainly to buy meat, offal and bones for my dogs. I really appreciate the wide range of products to choose from as I can't source them easily elsewhere unless I travel long distances. Parking is easy and I find the staff to be helpful and courteous.

Well stocked with fresh and frozen products for purchase. Fairly extensive range of frozen products available plus good variety of oven ready meals to purchase. Good and varied range of condiments available. Store easy to navigate and car parking is easy. Trolleys and baskets are available at entry inside store. Well worth a visit

What can l say fresh meat at cheap prices excellent service a great shop we go here all the time for our meat

First visit thought it ws great. So much variety & packs of sizes for 1 or 2 people as well as family size brilliant. Will definitely go back. Forget the supermarket s.
