I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Steve and his team @ABPM to anyone for their roof repair or restoration. Steve was recommend to me from a family member and did not let me down. Not only did the ABPM team execute well on the agreed works, but Steve also went out of his way to identify hidden and unexpected issues, recommend solutions on the fly to rectify the problems without hesitation, and implemented those extra works without fuss even though it meant spending more time and getting extra materials. Another big unexpected benefit was getting real time progress pics and reports as the works were being carried out confirming the quality of work. I have confidence and trust in what was completed and have already recommended ABPM to others.

Steve and his team have done an exceptional job in repairing my badly leaking roof. They identified the problems and then made custom flashing to join my extension to the main house - where the building job had been sub standard. My 60+ year old roof looks like new. I called Steve when I noticed mould on a ceiling and he was there the next day to check roof and found several tiles with holes and a couple of cracked tiles also. We recently bought a house, reasonably new build (4 years old) that checked out okay after a building inspection.
After a few month of living in the house and a heavy downfall, the downstairs room flooded. We tried to patch an area (temporarily) we suspected was the cause of the water damage to prevent further flooding.

We sought out a quote from a plumber, and also contacted Steven (ABPMSM) as he has both a building and plumbing background. The plumber said it was where we had picked. This turned out to be the incorrect spot. Luckily we had Steven come in.he used a systematic and logical methodology to narrow down the possible leak locations until he managed to find the actual cause of the leak, which we would have never found! It was a needle in a haystack type situation.
I was really impressed by his method and knowledge. Steven is full of integrity and has a work ethic to match, and he will guide you through any issues you have and make sure you understand the issue and that the job is done right without ripping you off!
He is an absolute gem and rare find.

Steve from ABPM cleaned, tested and serviced my old gas heater getting it working perfectly and at a reasonable price. Steve was quick to respond to my inquiry and was very helpful during the whole process. He gave me some insights into how to better maintain the unit to save me money in the future. I contacted Steve after noticing water leaks from the rear windows of my property during heavy rain. He found the problem and resealed the rear pergola flashing and upstairs bedroom windows. He understood exactly what I required and helped organise some tradies to help with painting and general maintenance. Excellent result and I highly recommend Steve as awesome to deal with and he is very well qualified in many areas.
