Australian Bollards

Most of the 5 star reviews on this company are from their own employees! I think that says it all. They are unresponsive and totally unprofessional. Update: Good to know we can get a response to this public review …it’s a shame this company went MIA after we spent thousands of dollars with them. This isn’t a fraud profile, as their comment below would suggest. The fact that they don’t even know I was a customer is why I left this review. Obviously they do not provide a very good service and couldn’t care less about their relationship with their customers. Their response below just reinforces my original comment.

Such hard work to receive the goods, let alone the right ones.

Respectful and knowledgable customer service with an emphasis on the client relationship. The installation was very prompt and got a fair price on all parts of the order from installation to bollard its self. Will be referring to others.

Wanted to do a straight swap on a bollard that was unopened and still in the box from an in ground to a surface mount. They wanted to charge a $300+ re-stocking fee to literally put it back on the shelf and bring another one out. Will not purchase off this company ever again.
