After I had some trouble using the website, Andrew was very helpful and quick to respond. I had a bit of a beemergency at home but Andrew was awesome and posted out my kit very promptly. Looking at it all now, the quality is very high, couldn't be more pleased.

Very accommodating. A container of new supplies had arrived and they were unloading it into their shop. The emlocks that I needed were on the pallet. He was able to find the box of emlocks on the pallet and fill my order. Great service and they were cheaper than the last ones that I got from another supplier about 5 years ago.
