Very well organised. Good communication. Extensive online theory component to be completed before attending the practical assessment component. Certificate emailed as a PDF the same day. Nothing negative to say about my whole experience.

Absolutely amazing trainer was very informative didn't move onto the next section until everybody understood that section Took a lot of time and care to make sure we all understood I've done a few faced dates and by far this trainer has been the best learnt quite a few new things

Patrick is an amazing trainer, very knowledgeable and informative. I thought it would be a boring session but NOT.
Unfortunately there is always have and one entitled rude spoilt brat he has to deal, who kept refusing to follow instruction and kept being rude. Patrick didn't lost his cool instead handled her rudeness calmly and professionally.
Definitely will re-do my training here next year.
