An extremely unhappy training facilitator, arrogant & very hostile, treats some attendees in an awfully demeaning way! Shocking!

I had understand about the outline of the course, well explained as shown with his expertised about the first aid full course. Then trained us
& put into practice with casualties ways - means, as we have to be assessed competent with ourselves with mannequins & casualty & with scenarios given & put into practice with our colleagues as divided by twos.thanks for your patience & teachings most especially on CPR followed the codes & procedures.

Glenn was a great instructor. He kept the program moving along and also gave additional information which made this time more enjoyable and I felt like I got a lot from it.

An excellent place to get the most up to date training in First Aid and CPR. They provide dummies in various sizes to practice on and many other skills that provide basic emergency life support.

The Trainer Glenn was Excellent
He was clear and thorough in demonstrations and assessments. My only criticism that I would take 1/2 star off would be the online portion needed to be broken up the number of questions stated and guide time for completion would improve the online portion. 4.5 stars

I had a CPR and first aid course with Glenn today and he was very helpful and gave a great deal of information. Easy to understand and follow and very helpful to make sure everyone in the class understood.

I enjoyed the course immensely. It was professionally presented by Glen our instructor who was clear and had a strong knowledge of all areas involved today and beyond. This transferred in all students being confident with any task put forward to them and completed them well.
I came out of the course feeling confident that I could now help someone in trouble in some way, if put to the test. Thank you
