I did my course in Bendigo and our trainer was very good. I can’t remember her name but she was so good at what she does. She explained everything really well and I loved her sense of humour. It definitely kept us all engaged in what was happening. I will definitely be doing all my first aid and CPR courses through Australian Wide First Aid for now on. I’ll also be recommending your organisation to everyone I know that needs to update. Thank you for the great experience

The online component and the hands on part were both very good, Zoe was excellent at taking us through the material and I feel like I learnt more than I have learnt in previous years with a different company.

This was a great experience. It was very hands on and delivered practical advice on what to do if the circumstances were slightly different than "expected". Outstanding presenter and information.

This company is a disgrace. I have been trying to speak to management for over a month now with regards to a refund and multiple course cancellations they imposed on me. In the last four weeks I have called 8 times. Every single time I am told that a manager needs to authorise this and call me back. Still no-one has called me back. They are more than happy to take your money, but won't call back when something goes wrong. Do NOT trust them with your money.

Is Amazing and this will go a long way not only to save lives but inform many.
