Zoe, the instructor was amazing. Very clear and informative. She added a bit of a joke here and there which kept me engaged.

The venue was comfortable the instructor Zoe was friendly, direct and the time passed very quickly. My team and I enjoyed the class.

Far better than online - having a qualified nurse with real life experience pulled it all together for me. Brilliant & well done.

Great teacher, enthusiastic and kept the class engaged. The pre-learning and online quiz made it so much easier to practise on the day and solidify learning.

I did my course with AWFA recently at Ringwood centre. Roger, our trainer was very informative and kept us engaged all the time his intelligence mixed with humour. All the information provided was up to date. Highly recommend this to everyone who wants to do First Aid Course. Thanks to Roger for this wonderful experience.

Zoe was our instructor in Ballarat and she was amazing. Her real life stories helped with remembering everything she taught. Definitely the best first aid and cpr course i have completed

Great First Aid class and Cpr taught by Zoe in Ballarat, she really knows her stuff and I loved all the real life scenario stories she told. A very enjoyable experience and I highly recommend.
