The content was standard for a first aid training. The trainer was abrupt and rude. She made participants feel uneasy.

Just recently completed my First Aid training, Danielle was very knowledgeable & clear with delivering information. The venue was not satisfactory. It is a used as gym, carpets dusty, air vent & seating setup poor. Those sensitive to dust etc, not an ideal setting. The delivery was good but unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend attending at that location.

I've been doing first aid courses for over 20 years, and this was by far one of the best experiences I've had. Aust Wide First Aid beat all competitors on price and professionalism. Our facilitator, Glen, delivered the course content in a great manner, allowing us to practice techniques as they were being taught. Classroom discussion was encouraged, and Glen offered great explanations as questions were being fired at him. Thanks Glen.

The CPR instructor was brilliant. He spoke clearly, answered questions, and added a bit of humour to the presentation, which helped to relax everyone. He was able to watch everyone in the group and help correct those that needed to tweak their technique. He provided great feedback, advice and encouragement. I felt very confident in the practical assessment because I felt that the information was presented to me in a very clear and easy to understand manner and the instructions were presented in a way that was very easy to follow.
