Parker, was our first aid trainer today in CPR and first aid. (Wednesday 13th December, 2023).
He was so knowledgeable and helpful and very respectful.
Explains theory clearly and concisely and demonstrates visually how to put into action what it’s all for.

Excellent presentation and thorough discussion on the topic of CPR and first aid.

Thanks Parker, for making this a great experience and course, remarkable man.

David.

I would strongly suggest all guys not to come this spot to get CPR assessment as the trainer Danielle is extremely rude and aggressive. She shouted to two girls that "I never saw attendees like you. I can't teach you anymore" "How did you get your degrees" etc. Unpleasant experience tho

The trainer was the last one to arrive, students had been told to be early and were waiting a while. The venue was not ready for the trainer and the trainer took another 15min obtaining her equipment whilst the 20 students waited. The trainer did not introduce herself so no one knew her name, it was all very awkward. Everyone did however know she was a midwife as told lots of stories around birthing. The trainer was knowledgeable about first aid and shared lots of stories.some relevant and some not so. I think all students learnt about first aid, but I would question some. Maybe a little more organisation and sticking to the subject.

The CPR course was very thorough, informative and Parker was a great instructor. He provided all the necessary information, refreshed our memory (for us who repeated the course) and gave the option to discuss any concerns or questions in the end, all done with respect and within the allocated time. Verry happy

Really informative and comprehendible first aid training. I really enjoyed both the e-learning and practical components and now feel very confident with these skills. The teacher at Clayton Hotel (I believe her name was Maggie?) was so knowledgable and presented the course in such an accessible and enjoyable way. She was fantastic! Thank you and would 100% recommend to anyone looking to become qualified in First-Aid / CPR / Childcare First-Aid.

My instructor Roger was the biggest legend! He managed to strike the balance between being serious in his teaching and concurrently making the class really enjoyable. Thanks to Roger, I had a great laugh today, but don't worry, I still learnt my DRSABCD and my RICER (1,2,3 heyy Roger)

Amazing experience, Roger turned a boring session into a fun learning journey. Highly recommended for students who are lacking confidence with facing the harsh realities of confronting situations of preserving life and wellbeing of ourselves and others.

Trainer yelled at me and my partner because we forgot one step. He should be reminded that we pay his wages.
