I had a fantastic experience getting a passport photo for my 15 month old here. My bub isn't the calmest or most compliant toddler out there, and is not keen on either lying down or standing, but the excellent staff managed to take the perfect passport photo within two minutes.

They then took five minutes to walk me through the trickier bits of the application form, which directly resulted in me being able to successfully submit my application on my first go. Go here for your passport application needs!

The staff here are amazing - always friendly, super helpful and calm when it gets busy. I really appreciate and prefer the local feel and service of this post office compared to the larger shopping centre stores.

Lodged my passport application last Saturday. Li Li is such a pleasure to deal with and is very knowledgeable. The other member of staff was very pleasant as well, knows the regulars by name.

I don’t know the ladies name but she processed a govt form for me on a Saturday morning. She knew all the regulars and was so pleasant. What an asset to Australia Post.

Used their services a couple of times (validating identity for Paypal and sending a letter) and was pleased with their help.

I have never actually been to this post office but I did have an interaction with their staff for a parcel that I sent that was incorrectly addressed and it was absolutely phenomenal! They were even willing to re-address it and have it sent to the correct address for me saying me the hassle of a RTS parcel that I would then need to re-address myself. Absolutely fantastic service and something I honestly have never experienced from a LPO. Australia Post Corporate take note from this LPO because this is how you operate a business! 10/10 service, thank you so much Brentford Square LPO!: D
