I head a very weird experience. Everyone was so nice, calling me "love" several times and smiling at me.

There is a nasty old man that works there. He is soo rude and gets heat when asked questions. How tf do we know how your stupid system works? And why are you even working in costumer service when you don’t even have 0.1% of patience and politeness Grandpa? Rude grandpa is working today 10/10/2023. Tuesday

Terrible services. Unfriendly staffs, terrible photo ID services. I put my parcel receiver with my english first name and cannot collect it even though I showed them my ID and my post account.

Staff are very slow and old. Can’t even type on the keyboard properly. What is HR doing. HR need to be fired too

Staff are inexperienced, slow, and have no idea how to do their job. I have been to australia post at RMH for the same enquiry and at RMH it was instant taking less than 5 minutes while the branch here took nearly 20 minutes

Postage has to be at its worst ever. If you receive it the time it takes is crazy. Delivery’s seem to travel to unnecessary locations even opposite directions and tracking is useless and frustrating.

Very rude staff. Two guys were doing training at the counter, but not putting any notification to tell people they were not in service. But whenever people from the queue went to their counter they were extremely impatient and told people don’t skip the queue, which was exactly where they came from.

Been to this Australia post a few times and have been very happy with their service, staff are very helpful, attentive and friendly.
Miles better than most Australia posts I have been to in the past.

Why is there a mailroom in the building, but every time delivered to post office, after get off work it is already past 5: 00, and the post office is closed, so I can't pick up the package, and I have to ask for leave to pick up.
Can extend the business hours to 6: 00？
very troublesome.

Posties have been carding me and sending my parcels here despite me being home. Seems like they're just too incompetent to buzz the apartment intercom.

Also, the youngish lady with blonde curly hair (maybe the manager or something) is extremely rude.

Literally sacked me out after getting my money without completing the service. If I get to their place before they close and they charge me for the service, why they don't complete it?

Lack of professionalism.

Extremely slow service. The post office held up my appointment. Queue was getting longer & longer. Staff took their time without a care in the world, having a conversation with each other and the customer before me. Another was having trouble with the receipt machine and was tinkering away for the longest time. Horrible customer service. Management should he ashamed.

Use this post office regularly to pick up and send off parcels, I've personally never had a bad experience. Although some of the ladies can be a little abrupt which can be perceived as rude, but they've always been happy to help.

Went in to get my passport picture taken, but wasn’t happy with the picture so asked the lady to retake it but she declined and insisted on using the ones she has already taken. I wanted 12 copies so paid $40. If you are taken digital pictures it doesn’t hurt to take them again. The standoffish behaviour is kind of insulting. The younger staff is much more polite.

Rude staff.

Some of the posties don't even attempt to make deliveries and don't leave notification cards. Then the service counter staff blame customers who get final alerts mere days before the item is sent back.

Not open on weekends (? !)

They were very helpful and kind. Great experience when sending something overseas. Thank you for your kind help and service.

The worst post office that you could go to.
Would have given 0 rating if I had an option. Very rude and weird rules only this post office has. Not recommended at all.

The staffs were not very friendly, there was a problem during the service, the staff just walked away without letting me know, but they did there jobs.

Why u leave the parcel in a shop that is 1.3 km from my place where there are many more shops closer？and no one even attept to deliever it，didnt receive any notification but few days after：please come and pick up blur blur blur

Ridiculous and rude customer service! Especially the young blonde lady who seems to know nothing about her job and the products/services offered. Incompetent.
