Came here on Friday to lodge an Australian passport application. One of the staff said there were markings on the passport photo that I had brought use. I was told that she could take new photos for $20 but I declined as it was extremely obvious there were no markings and she was unable to point them out to me.she was also very dismissive and rude throughout the interaction (pointing out my signature was barely in the box, telling me to hurry up, talking as if I was bothering her etc.).

The day after, I went to a postie in Doncaster and brought along a few extra passport photos I had at home to give her the benefit of the doubt. The staff at Doncaster accepted the same passport photos that were declined at this post office yesterday, agreeing with me that there were obviously no markings.

Many other reviews on here also talk about poor interactions with an old lady, and while I'm sure not all of the staff are bad, I will be avoiding this post office.

Visited to get a passport photo, had two staff members helping me to get the best photo possible.
Such nice people and made it a fun experience.

There is is a midage lady with curly hair she was rude to customer just because I didn't want to get extra cover on my parcel or she is just racist. I think she needs to learn how to respect people and improve her customer service.

Went to pick up my item on the last day of the reminder. Get told sorry already been sent back to the sender. This is not acceptable and should be communicated on reminder notice. The guy that served me was nice but I had to track it down and try get it re directed which was an impossible task to get through on the phone. Anyway disappointing service.

Old short lady has no customer service, no idea of what she is serving and 100% rudes. Avoid this Knox Post Office.

Great customer service on Friday - staff member Paul went above and beyond to assist me. I am a regular customer at Knox and was very impressed with the assistance I received.

Had a pleasant experience recently on 4th Jan afternoon when renewing my son's passport. The staff attending to me was welcoming, warm and friendly and patient too. She was attending the extreme left counter.

Exceptional customer service from the the Team at Knox City Shopping Centre Branch. They do remember their customers and have offered me consistent and caring service which makes sending and receiving parcels a wonderful experience!

Great service from Marnie at Knox Post Office. Went above and beyond helping my wife Pam and sister-in-law June with their proof of age cards.

The staff there are so rude and arrogant. Australia Post really need to review how this Post Office operates.

Will be going to Studfield LPO at least they serve you with a smile and are polite.

A woman so rude i am asking her that im here to pick up a parcel of my housemate i show my id and qr code to pick it up and she wont let me get the parcel bevause she said i need to print the authorization letter.which i show her in my phone and camera that my friend is asking her to give it to me.and even raide her voice at me in front of the people.the worst service and rude old lady!

Some staffs are so rude and impatient. Asked me to fill in the form without even know what service I would like to use. If you don't like to serve people, why do you do this job？the most terrible post office experience I've ever had.

I use this post office regularly and thank you to the nice mannered young man who has served me. I think is Paul. Very nice, helpful and goes beyond to help. It makes for a very pleasant experience for older people like me.

The woman that served me today gave me so much attitude because I couldn't hear what she was saying under the mask. I was made to feel stupid and bad for asking for stamps and this is not the first time the staff have been rude to me. I won't be using this post office again.

The last two times I've come here to send a returning package I was served by a man and he was always super nice and happy to help! The friendliest and best customer I've come across

Consistently rude service for no apparent reason.

Most recently, I returned with a pre-purchased stamp to send a postcard to France. Was told in a snappy and disinterested tone "no can't do". When I questioned why I was sold it in the first place I was quote told "take that up with the person who sold it to you" no eye contact, no interest.

I then had the envelope snatched from my hand to be weighed. (breach of social distancing). Was given no explanation.

I rang Aust Post who confirmed, that infact I could post the package, and did this with no problems at another local branch and without any attitude.

I hate to believe this, but they definitely have an issue if you are not a white aussie, if you are culturally diverse you are not welcome to any service at this store. The same branch has questions my family member's citizen status and ability to read english when asking a question about a form. They questioned my identity when I renewed a passport a few years ago.

Big changes and training are needed at this store.

Went in first thing Saturday morning to lodge a parcel and renew my passport. Had an important appointment half and hour after.

Got served by Glenda. Extremely helpful and patient. Even though the camera glitched the first time. In and out in 10 minutes! Even though I wasnt part of the first group served.

Don't go to store if you have booked appointment as you will stand in line with others that are dealing with postal issues and when you get to counter you will say you have appointment and you will be asked to stand aside until called. Staff are rude to customers and did not concern themselves that appointment was made for a certain time.
