One hundred percent recommend for phone repairs.

They tried to charge me $320 to replace the screen glass on my ipad air 4th generation when everyone else was charging $200. The glass was slightly cracked. The digitizer and everything else was working normal. They said they could not change the screen alone, and that it comes as one whole unit and that i had no other options but to pay $320, SO i took it else where and had it replaced for $200 and it works great. They replaced the broken glass only. It turns out you can change just the broken screen alone. Australian gsm lied to me. They are very over priced, and not very honest people. The 2 stars i give is because i have used them in the past, and i have had no issues, but they lie and are over priced.

Terrible customer service. I went in for a screen replacement. Once they put the screen on for me I realised the buttons weren’t working, he told me it was probably my phones fault mind you everything was fine with my phone besides a cracked screen. He put on a couple different screens to fix the problem but it just wasn’t working. I told him to put my old screen back on and then the buttons started instantly working again. He was being so rude and inconsiderate the whole time, I asked for my money back and he was also arguing about that. I will never go there again.
