Went to this store with a brand newly purchased iPhone 14 pro max seeking a case and screen protector. 2 guys working there one clearly more experienced than the other. After the inexperienced guy fumbled his way into putting the screen protector on the phone, they then tried very roughly to put a case on which lifted said screen protector. After advising just to be a little more gentle Mr Experienced said “Don’t be too cautious just because the protector lifts once”. After this they handed the phone to me noticing the right corner having hair/dust under the protector I asked them to remove this, they said there was nothing there gave the phone back to me to which I gave it back and directly held my finger to where it was, then they removed it. Didn’t appreciate Mr Experienced being smart Alec to his customers. Would never go again and went straight to another mobile repair / case shop and got a new protector and case as we noticed the one from Mr Experienced wasn’t put on correctly and was damaged. 0/10 don’t waste your time and money here, goodbye.

Friendly service and extremely helpful, fixed my OnePlus 7 issue in a second without taking advantage of my gullible self. Highly recommended and so grateful of their generosity and honesty

Took my brand new s21 Ultra to get a screen protector on. Once i received my phone back screen protector looked good but non of my power buttons/ volume buttons were working. Turns out they didn't take off the factory screen protector plus didn't make sure glue residue didn't leak therefore fusing the buttons together. When i asked for the staff to fix it the lady started to use force to take the buttons out resulting in more damage. When wanting to speak to the manager about the issue the lady that served me constantly kept giggling like it was funny. After arguing with them for 2 hours they kept telling me i had to come back in another day to get a replacement phone. Therefore me calling up a legal relative to speak to them resulting in them going to buy me a new phone on the spot. Dont go here service isnt good plus they dont know what they are doing.

Told me I did not need to buy a screen cover for my new phone because it has a scratch-proof & shatter-proof coating on screen!

Got my Samsung phone repaired here and they did a fantastic job within an hour. They gave a reasonable price other than the shop upstairs that quoted me over $100 more. Not only the price are higher but it would take 3 business days. Would highly recommend fixing phone on the spot and reasonable price. Staffs are even friendly.:)

Got my iPhone 7 fixed in here as it was the motherboard problem. I couldn't hear if I'm on a call even if I put it on loud speaker. I've checked different stores but they said they couldn't fixed it and only GSM did a really fantastic job. Not only the phone was fixed well but even the staffs are welcoming and was really patient with me.

I just took my iphone to replace a battery, first I was curious as to why they only ask for cash, I left my phone for battery to be replaced and 10 mins later they called me to tell me the screen has to be replaced first as it’s cracked! I had just taken it to the Vodafone store across prior so they could put my sim card in, checked it and told me to go outside to replace battery. The phone was in perfect condition before taking it to GSM world but they insisted the screen was already cracked and left it at that!

Worst service - fixed glass on screen only for it to break a few minute later at Chadstone - worst job ever. Asked for them to replace and they refused asking me to spend another $90 doing it. Manager very unhelpful and asked for only cash a payment hi hubs strange. With the list of one star reviews - I would strongly avoid.

Had my Samsung S8 phone screen repaired last year at the Chadstone store and is still working well
