$480 to replace a cracked screen on a Pixel 7 Pro. I wasn't told until after payment and two attempts to fix it that the fingerprint scanner would not work after their repair. Further, the battery life has tanked after their fix, with a very hot spot on the screen where the fingerprint scanner used to be.
Communication was poor throughout the whole process, with me having to make contact with them to find out when my phone was ready rather than them calling to tell me.
Now, 2 months after the 'repair' was done, the screen is coming away from the phone body.
Save yourself the money and effort and make the repair yourself.

Left dirt under my camera lense, sharp edges and uneven lense so not genuine when he told me me and assured me it was a genuine part

Shocking never will go there again, just so you guys no they take parts out of your phone and use it for other repairs, not only that they also left a 5 star review from my sisters phone after the job was apparently complete. Would not recommend at all

Was Able To Repair My Phone Screen. Did A Good Job, But The Service Can Be Improved As They Came Across Rude.

I paid $40 for the screen protector and next day it started getting peeled off from the edges and most of the area from top and bottom and because of the thicknesses of it, i was unable operate applications properly. I went back to shop to change it and they said it doesn't have a warranty and can't replace it. I requested to put the sane screen protected on. They kept saying we can't do it. This place is located at Craigieburn Central.

We came here to get a screen / cover case for a gen 1 ipad pro. The lady gave us fast, efficient and polite customer service. It's rare now days to find customer service at this level. We will be back again in the future foe any phone case related needs. Thankyou.

Had a worst experience with them. Firstly they put low quality screen and after a month front camera fully faded with dust that it won’t even detect face for face Id. Took my phone back to them and they refused to service it.
I managed to open phone myself and found they didn’t even put adhesive strip on the first place hence the camera got covered with dust.

Highly disappointed with the service they offer. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Very bad experience with these people. Wastage of time and hard earned money. Went there to repair my laptop, charged too much but not worth at all. I will never recommend to anyone.

Went there bought headphones, the girl who sold me the headphone said it had one year warranty on it. Unfortunately the headphone stopped working on its own. I called them they said that it’s only three months warranty! It is so unfair. Scams don’t go there!

Bad customer service, I bought a phone case they didnt let me have a refund I found out the case was dirty and broken.

Do not go to this place. They rip you off. They charge you more than the apple or Samsung company charge even tho they don’t use genuine screens. Rude staff as well. I was waiting to collect my phone and another customer was waiting to collect his phone and said his been here three times because they keep ruining his phone.

Did a great job with heavily broken iphone 8. Real attention to detail and i got a screen protector for free along with a perfect phone. Would recommend to anyone looking to mend their phone well for a good price.the technician is very helpful she do very good job.

Poor quality in screen protectors, went back 3 times in one week.
First there was dust under the protector, got it replaced 3 days later, got home and saw a bump of liquid, oil whatever you name it under the protector with the edge still attached so it was from application.
Wanted a refund, waited till the protector was off and a heated discussion happened for a refund.
Claimed it was my fault of phone cover (pelican brand from Jb-Hi-Fi, definitely better quality than what they sell)
Not happy with their customer service or work.

Had the screen repaired on my s9 plus. They fixed the screen but damaged the vibration mechanism. Then they claimed that they didn't do it, that I couldn't prove it was working before. They eventually agreed to repair it again but didn't have the part available, said it might be a couple of weeks and that they would call me. Followed up a couple times but eventually just lost hope and accepted that i got ripped off. That was 3 months ago now and still haven't heard back from them. Very poor unprofessional, unfriendly, and dishonest service.

Took my iPad there for repair, couldn’t even get a full use out of it until it was time to place it on charge to discover that the charging port (the reason for repair) was never repaired or not repaired properly.

Took it back to the store for her to plug in a charger, say it’s my fault and try to charge me again.

This business is by far the poorest standard of service and professionalism in any industry that I have ever experienced.
