I've been in many music shops and when your a piano or keyboard player, this place out shines all I've walked into, by the way of prices, range of products and last tho not least the owner Hans and his staff are not only great musicians, there knowledge of said piano, s and keyboards I've never come across, Magnificent people around, thanks to you guys

Hans and Viga were absolutely wonderful and showroom was beautiful. I could try multiple pianos and were not hassled or pressured at all. Both Hans and Viga were so knowledgeable, helpful and passionate about pianos! Purchased a Hoffman V175 with no dramas, arrived when expected and in pristine condition. I’m a piano teacher and will highly recommend students come and visit Austral Piano World when looking to purchase an instrument.

Didn't really seem particularly interested in selling me what I wanted, got the impression that I was being sold what they had most of in stock.

Diverce variety of pianos and very helpful staff. They even assisted me after hours to rent a new piano and processes the paperwork.

Hans was very nice, gave us the time we needed to check out the pianos, the store itself is nice with many pianos to try and the prices are reasonable. The piano arrived in 2 days after I bought, after a week it had some issues, not the stores fault, possibly manufacturer issue but the store tech came out and fixed it really quickly. Couldn't fault him or the owner. Look forward to the tuning.

Fantastic service, my electric piano did not work when I got it home and Austral Pianos happily replaced it with a new one, for them to repair and make the faulty one right. Lovely staff.

A nice clean establishment that has a selection of small grand pianos and uprights. Also has electronic pianos. Friendly staff.
