Rachael at Lynbrook Austral bricks was amazing and listened to our ideas and helped us decide on a colour palette. Her thorough knowledge of the products, colour and texture selections was exceptional. I highly recommend visiting the store with all the different bricks built into walls and allowing you to see the different mortar selections too.

I found external colour & brick selection very challenging. After seeing the many walls outside I was confused a lot. Finally, I made a face-to-face appointment with Rachel at Lynbrook Design Centre. Rachel has wealth of knowledge and gave me ideas and showed few different brick and mortar combinations and made my brick selection easy and seamless. Appreciate Rachel’s patience and willingness to go above and beyond to help customers to achieve the best selection for their dream project.

Great staff and really professional advice with regard to bricks and render colour suggestions. Even put together a full set of colour selections of roof / render/window frame to illustrate the effect and make sure we are comfortable with all of them. Great great service and advice. Today I went to have a look at the brick walls on display. There was a couple of bricks that I liked. I was assisted by Rachael who was just fabulous. This lady has a gift of being able to show colours that work together. Her suggestions were spot on. She helped me to eliminate a couple of bricks and made it easy to decide on one brick and all the associated things for the exterior to all work together. I always find colour selection very difficult but today it was a breeze with Rachels help.

We went to visit Brickworks Design in Lynbrook a day before our colour selections with a builder. Rachel was so helpful. She took the time with us to go through colour selections from brick, render, gutters, roof, even the front door colour! We left feeling much better prepared for our colours appointment with the builder! I would recommend anyone going through a build to visit here!

Went there just to see display piers, decided to go in met Donna she was very helpful told us they could do a colour consult with Rachel
did that she was very helpful. Her options where good and we took them onboard making us feel more confident in our choices of colours on our new home. WELL DONE

The displays are amazing and those pillars are impressive. Obelisk is the word that comes to mind.
The range is huge, and the staff happily help find a product or let you browse, readily answer questions, and all were smiling.
I'm so pleased I could order an out-of-stock product, and get it asap.
