Austral Bricks Deer Park

Bricks are one thing which are hard to change once selected and we were confusing our self so much with the selection. We went to Austral Bricks in Deer Park and the service we received was mind blowing. The staff were so talented and extremely professional. Very considerate and caring, hearing what we want to achieve and helping us constant;y with the choices.

We visited this afternoon to check two different types of brick, for an upcoming build. The customer service was absolutely exceptional. The kind of service you don’t commonly receive these days.

Great people to do business with and very knowledgeable in their products and helpful to give advice and referrals.

Had a wonderful experience here. Spoke to Doug who was super helpful. He took his time explaining everything, we had a lot of questions and he went through each and everyone of them.

Even gave us a some sample bricks for the ones we liked.

We went in to just have a look at the display of bricks which was great but this review is more about Doug who helped us understand the range of bricks and roofing. He explained so clearly and repeated number of times until we understood. He was so patient and gave 101% attention to us even though it was his last hour of work before Christmas holidays. Not only that but we saw him attending the clients even after his work hours. I absolutely appreciate his efforts and dedication to work.

Shortage of availability mostly on the bricks I like. Although customer service is good. Some of the bricks were discontinued

Being able to touch bricks during this lockdown. Love the Radius of 10km. Great outdoor display of tiles, bricks & stone.

No one picks up the phone regardless anytime you call. You can't seriously be that busy in a brick shop. What's the point of having a phone line if no one answers? Very disappointed!

Great service. Went in to view the bricks I have selected for my build and the boys were great in helping me settle on my mortar choices.
Gave me good sound knowledge of the type of brick I had chosen and even gave me some samples to take away.
Often the knowledge can be dumbed down with companies, not these guys. Walked away much more content with my choices.

Great service. We were looking at tiles and guttering for our new build and the service we got was fantastic.

Dispite being in lockdown the outside brick centre was open for viewing. Staff on site happy for you to view.

Doug and Matt are super guns. I hope one day I have employees like them. Absolute dream employees for any builder boss

I walked in to get few bricks for my property and i cannot describe the extent they went to help me out. I have honestly never seen such customer service. Each and every one sitting in that office is a SUPERSTAR. I will always visit them for all of my brick designs and needs. Thank you for making my day guys:)

Went down for advice on the bricks my partner and chose through our Display Home people and these guys were so super helpful. They were so knowledgeable and explained all our options and ideas. Didn't have the sample we wanted but fast friendly and efficient staff located another Austral centre, confirmed stock-on-hand, and set aside the product for us (which we collected over the weekend). Thank you for organising this ladies - very much appreciate.

Thank very much for the free bricks that I got yesterday to make some fixtures in my garden, they look gorgeous.
