Arrived for a blood test after fasting. Opening hours commence 8am. Several people wait in the car park, but no one from Austin Pathology shows up. A staff member from a separate business arrives but has nothing to do with Austin Pathology. I waited around until about 8: 25am, but still no one from Austin Pathology turned up and no information was available. Everyone left without having blood tests. Stressful and frustrating.
