My son Blake, 8 years, has been attending Stephany’s group acting classes for about a year now. He particularly likes the improvisation sessions and the opportunity to lead some of these. He feels that he is among like-minded kids in the classes and is always enthusiastic about attending. He thinks that Stephany is an excellent teacher and has learned a lot. He has particularly valued her coaching regarding his expression when reading scripted work. He also enjoys the filming sessions and the opportunity to look back over his progression. As a mum, it is wonderful to see my son engage in an activity that encourages self-expression and growth and to see his joy and excitement after each class.

I can highly recommend Austin Acting Studios. My 13 yo daughter is currently attending weekly classes which she LOVES! Stephany is not only a considerate and patient person, but she really gets the best out of her students. Not only does she teach acting skills, but also builds confidence and self-esteem. In addition, Stephany is wonderful at helping prepare students for potential acting roles.

I have been taking group classes with Stephany for a little under 3 months, the supportive attitude that you are greeted with is continued throughout your learning. The classes are very professional and no time is wasted. All topics we learn are thoughouly covered and clearly presented, making it easier and more enjoyable to work. I have been going to Stephany Austin for acting lessons, script writing workshops and industry advice for just over two years. I have tried group acting classes before and found working one on one with Steph to be far more beneficial. She tailored scripts and lessons to suit my level of acting, as well as the type of productions I was most interested in pursuing. Steph was also available to read through my draft scripts and respond to any questions I had during the week outside of lessons.
