I have never seen such an unprofessional real estate as the property manager Cynthia has never solved problems. She never answers phone calls and replies emails or messages. I don’t know how this real estate can be still alive. Please stay away from this agency!

We have been with Austhia for over 1year now since moving to surry hills and they have been nothing but accommodating and helpful throughout. All team have been super helpful even when we were struggling to find a new suitable house they were generous with their time, words and overall professionalism. The worst real estator experience I have ever witnessed. Even receiving back our deposit took almost a month. Long story short: if you would like a peace of mind renting experience just stay away from her, I believe also selling experience would be a pain in the back thus she couldn't sell the house (we were renting) more than 6 months.

Tenants - STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENT and the properties they advertised - it will not worth it.

Disregarding the issues we have had during tenancy and despite our low expectation of service level they have, today Cynthia has again surprised us with her second to none customer servicing skills.

We moved out on Monday two weeks ago and they had the time to organise a public inspection on Thursday the same week, but couldn't be bother to confirm with us if the final inspection is done, and couldn't be bother to return the bond to us.

Today is the 10th working days since our lease ended, my husband called Cynthia and asked for an update re bond. She still had the audacity to say they need time to do final inspection and hung up on him, and did not pick up when he tried calling again nor return his call.

Honestly I have never dealt with agents like this and glad I will not again.

EDIT: We are not upset with vacating at all - had no intention to renew the lease to start with due to the hassle dealing with you during our tenancy. Get your fact straight and quit being delusional.

Poor customer service. Never pick up the phone even before COVID-19. Never reply email. Never taking care of customers and no punctuality for the inspection. Soo bad!

I have had nothing but a can-do attitude and polite competence from Cynthia and her team while managing our investment property in Melbourne. Nothing has ever been a problem and all documentation timely and accurate.

Terrible customer service. Requested an inspection and sale documentation in multiple follow ups without success. Hard not to believe the numerous poor reviews.

Cynthia was amazing at helping me find an apartment. She was extremely fast at replying to my messages, even outside of normal business hours (8 pm on a Wednesday!). She seemed to be very familiar with the neighbourhood I was interested in and the apartment tours all went smoothly. Cynthia was even exceedingly patient with me and my indecisiveness.

Efficient and friendly team. Sold our property through. Cynthia got us a fantastic result!
Their rental team also look after multiple rental properties for us and do a wonderful job.

We had a great experience buying a house with Cynthia 1.5 years ago. She's very knowledgeable and responsive, and only showed us relevant listings. When our preferences changed during the process (first time home buyers) she was very patient and worked with us to find exactly what we wanted. Couldn't be happier with the entire experience!
