I was impressed with the fast turnaround time. Austcoast Embroidery was able to complete my order ahead of schedule, which was a huge relief. This allowed me to get my products into the hands of my customers quickly and efficiently.

I had a top experience with Austcoast and dealing with Martin. Had been corresponding via their website initially for a one off embroidery detail to a dash mat. He worked up a sample of the font style I wanted. Then later on went in there and we discussed thread type and where it would be placed. All done with in a week. More then happy. Ring yesterday asking if they can print name on kids lunch box on the spot，the gentleman said yes, went this morning, and the asian lady said it can not be print, but sticker, since all my childrens uniform embroidered last year in this shop, i was pretty comfortable with them, so i ask to do the matching design with the logo yumbox, and she said it will cost $30 plus print out fee $6 each.as long as its good work, im ok with the price.so i said go ahead and i will come back around 2pm (although it was supposed to be a on spot job).
i ring up 2: 20 asking if the job is finished, and the lady said shes waiting for me to go and check before stick it up, i explained im in a hurry, just wishing to pick up and go.anyway, when i arrive in the shop 2: 30 it was not done, the quality of sticker was so bad, not even with a top coat (its going to be on the top of a lunch box which always need to wash!) the design was no where near the design ive asked.and she took 30 mins to stick it on, and one of it was not straight! I pointed out and told her to fix it.she told me not to give her a attitude.i was running so late that needs to find a friend to pick my kids up, because she didnt do the job on time, and moving so slow! I was holding my anger and told her, the manner i offer is already the best i can do on that spot.plus, they dont even have a cash box to get $2 change!
all my boys uniforms (shirts, jumper, pants, shorts) hat, even lunch box cover was embroidered in this shop with the gentleman who didnt come to the front today, and i was always happy with his work, but I am very disappointed today and will never go back!
$50 for 3 poorly designed, no top coat name sticker.you can enjoy that $2 tip!

If you need logo's done your way then, Austcoast is where to go. I went to the Big Boys, they wanted to setup my logo. Apparently my format wasn't the same as theirs. I gave it to them in all Embroidery formats that they said it had to be in but they didn't want to do it, it had to be there way and it was going to cost $$$ to have it done their way. Sorry boys, Austcoast didn't have a problem with my logo and did a great job as well. Thanks Austcoast I'll be back.

We have used Austcoast for a no.of years for our business uniform requirements. We have found the advice and service to be excellent especially as we're only ordering small quantities, sometimes 1-20 other times 1 item depending on the garment. I can highly recommend Martin and Austcoast to anyone requiring embroidery, digital printing/transfers, uniforms and advice.

From the time of my first enquiry through to receiving my order at the end, Martin has been very helpful the whole way and was very obliging.
