Jay at Aussiewide was great. Returned calls promptly and followed up quickly. The lender themselves were a bit frustrating, asking for one piece of follow up documentation every 2-3 days for a couple of weeks. Would have been nice if they could have reviewed, figured out the documentation still needed, and then advised. Then I could have provided documentation all in one hit. Not fault of broker/Aussiwide.
