Got my phone repaired by these guys about 3 months ago. All was well and good until my phone battery started dying out of nowhere.would drop from 70%-0% in seconds. Took it to Samsung to get it checked out under warranty and they declined it due to the parts that were installed by this place. I was promised that the screen that was installed was a genuine Samsung part which it wasn't.not only that after the repair I had constant glitches in the screen and response to my fingers. When I came back to ask them to find a solution for the damages to my phone they declined all responsibility even though I had a report from Samsung declaring the fault to here.

I would say telechoice in westfield plenty valley is unprofessional and untrustworthy in their service. Have been waiting for 4 days for my phone to be repaired but in the end nothing happened. Even though i am not 100% sure, I suspect that they have secretly taken the original part of my iphone and put in some cheap replacement and told me they could not do anything about it. If i could, i will vote minus 5 stars for Telechoice.

Excellent customer service, the gentleman in there is very helpful for my phone and my husband's phone, screen guard put on perfectly.

Please Never buy anything from this shop, the Kmart products are much better, I paid $35 for screen protection and after a week broken in my bag!

Very good customer service, price is affordable and did repairs very fast. Will vist next time.

FRAUD, DISHONEST AND LOW QUALITY
Don't be fooled by the low price.

My mob screen broke, they offered me a $30 less than any other shop so unfortunately, I went for it.
Although he promised a brand new genuine item the reality is completely the opposite.

1st installation;
Installed second-hand screen (they repair the screen from different customers and install it to you).
Very bad installation quality.
Dead pixel in less than 2 mins of use.

2nd installation (after a week) ;
good installation
Pink lines after 2 days of use

3rd installation (after 2 days) ;
good installation
Went black after 3 days

4th installation (after 2 days)
I told him enough with the second-hand fraud but he insisted that it is new (although it was very clear that it is not)
screen buttons didn't work
screen is burned out before he gives me the mobile!
told me I have to change the battery (most properly he damaged it while removing it 4 times)

5th installation (after 1 day)
changed the batter
changed the screen
