Aussie Kindies Early Learning Werribee

My children have been at Milestones Werribee for a year and a half. I am truly so happy with the care and devotion of staff here. Both my children have come such a long way with their learning and development and they come home so happy every single day after care. I have received amazing support from the team at Milestones Werribee for both my children and myself. The team here have always been so kind and caring to my kids. It is hard as a parent to trust others with the care of your babies, given the support and care we have received, I wholeheartedly trust that I am leaving them in the best hands every single drop off. I have never had any concerns regarding the care provided to my kids. I intend to have my kids enrolled here until primary school as I couldn't imagine ever going anywhere else. To all the team at Milestones Werribee, we thank you for all your hard work and dedication to providing a safe and enriching environment for my babies. I couldn't ask for anywhere better

Do not recommend, we regret sending our son to this centre. We placed him here after a successful few transition visits but the vibe quickly changed when he started his full days. Teachers were happy enough but never enthusiastic or excited to be there - never reassured the parents either. We noticed a big change in our son when he started and he had gone from an outgoing confident boy, to a quiet and ‘in his own shell’ boy. He didn’t make any friends while there and it was noticed that this was never encouraged by teachers. In all photos he looked absolutely miserable and not happy to be there.

After a couple of weeks we were asked by a educator if he talks/communicates - bare in mind he is a huge chatterbox usually. Since starting he hadn’t been talking in the room and this was a big red flag for us. After a couple weeks we asked them how he was doing and the educators were unable to give us an update - they were unsure. This is when we decided to pull him out.

When we did pull him out we were told that he was ‘starting’ to settle in (it had been just over one month with no progress). They made us feel it was our fault that he wasn’t settling into their centre, saying we have come from NZ, had a new baby a few months prior and he had only been in a couple days a week. This was not a fair assumption to make as he was in daycare 5 days a week previously and is used to a daycare environment. Following this, an evaluation was quickly uploaded to storypark with no more then 2 lines stating Andre was doing fine. It was clear this was written to cover tracks if things took a turn for the worst, as it obviously had not been done in a timely manner.

We have since started our son at an alternative daycare 3 days a week and by his 3rd day he has completely settled and is back to his loud, chatty and confident self. Therefore it definitely was NOT our move, his sibling or the amount of days he was doing causing him to be unsettled, as Milestones assumed. I believe this centre care more about the money and rocking boxes then they do the actual children. We saw that first hand while our son was there and I will never recommend this centre to anyone! Absolutely shattered our hearts.

Best daycare centre and the staff are such genuine and loving people. The way they go above and beyond is unbelievable. Even the food is great and the kids love it. Lots of high quality educational activities. My son feels so happy. Highly recommended.

Very happy, my daughter has adjusted to her new daycare very well, she loves going and spending time with her friends and learning new things.
Educators are passionate and welcoming and they always keep you informed with events and any changes, everyday they let you know what happened throughout the day with a summary and photos.
Very spacious and a-lot of room for the babies, toddlers and older kids with a big variety of toys inside and outside.
Always rotating the toys and furniture in the room so it always looks different for the kids.
Definitely 100% recommend to any new parent or anyone looking for a new daycare.

I highly recommend Milestones on Ballan Rd Werribee for daycare. My daughter has been attending for a year now and all the staff are very lovely and helpful. They have gone over and above on several occasions from going to the shops to get dairy free milk when I was in the city for work, looking after my sick daughter as she went rapidly downhill one day, to arranging Christmas / mother’s and Father’s Day functions where we could meet the staff and spend time at the daycare with our kids and everyone. The daily updates and photos are amazing to see what the kids do everyday. I had my child on another 5* childcare wait list and decided to pull out of moving her there as she is so happy at Milestones. Big thanks to Erin and the team:)

Could not recommend Milestone Werribee enough. My little boy has been attending the centre for over a year now, the staff and management team are so accommodating to my little man's needs. His come along in leaps and bounds with the well thought out learning activities they provide.

Our experience with the centre over the past 5 years has been amazing! The educators have been so dedicated to the growth and development of our son. It is a welcoming and community based centre always open to chat to the needs of our son and family. Thank you for providing an excellent start to our sons education and nurturing his development into the young boy is becoming!

Our 3 year old has had a wonderful experience at Aussie Kindies in Werribee. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, and have always been excellent at communicating with us, which we really value. Our son has a fantastic time there each day and has learnt lots too. We would highly recommend this centre!

At Aussie Kindies they absolutely know what they are doing.
The place may be small but the way they work is extremely professional and caring.

I am extremely thankful to Rose and chloe to accept our child n shaping him well.

And they are even trying to get his diet according to our request.

I have been very happy with the staff and the care that they provide my son. He has been there since he was a young baby and the love he received from the Bilbly room leader, Hina, really put my mind at ease when I leave my son in their care. I have also seen a great improvement in the centre since the assistant manager, Erin, has recently started and the attention to detail provided is amazing! I love getting daily updates and meal information about the days activities!

My son has been at Aussie Kindie since the end of January, it is easily his favourite part of the day. He is always so excited to go every day and very happy but tired from all the excitement at the end of the day. The staff in the baby room are amazing with giving me updates on a daily basis on his progress with key milestones, involving him in all activities and letting him be his cheeky little self, from crawling under furniture to chasing balls around the room. The staff are very interactive with my son and all other children in the room. Being a first time mum and the sole carer for him, I feel very happy and safe with leaving him in there care.

I absolutely LOVE aussie kindies! Over the past 11 years we have attended 5 different centres, but no experience has been as good. Aussie kindies card about my kids like they’re their own, I put my daughter in at 6 weeks old & wouldn’t feel comfortable anywhere else. They friendly, keep me informed and follow our routine perfectly. The staff are wonderful and most have been their for years. Highly recommend

This is one of the best kiddies in Werribee, my little girl (1 yo) absolutely loves all the staff members, she has learnt so many new things and has made lots of friends.

The staff are super friendly, they have so many great activities for the kiddies,
The weekly menus are fantastic.

The highlight of my working day is seeing all the photos they upload of all the kiddies having fun and making close friendships.

As a parent, I can see the staff really enjoy what they do and it really shows with the little ones.

I HIGHLY recommend this kindie.

If you care about your childrens safety and well being i would avoid this centre like the plague.since lori left the new manager has run this place into the ground.

Aussie Kindies Werribee is without doubt the best childcare centre in Wyndham!
My little one has been attending for almost two years, and absolutely loves it. The educators who have nurtured him along the way, from the nursery room to the toddler room and now pre-kinder, have been so caring and professional. They go above and beyond in capturing beautiful photos, videos and stories of his adventures, and keep me up to date on how he is going.
The manager Lori is absolutely amazing, as are her deputies, and I can’t thank them enough for the effort they have put in to making the centre such a warm and welcoming place for my child.

Being a first time parent and working at that, you worry. I have looked and searched childcare centres beforehand and honestly it is quite stressful specially if you needed to go back to work right away.

First encounter wasn’t exciting, I was hesitant to be honest but I think that’s just separation anxiety building up. One way or the other I needed to give it a try so first couple of months are always the hardest. Then it became easier as days goes by. I grew up being a new mom, away from my child to work, that I realised they are doing the best they can, they aren’t perfect if that’s what you are after and besides there’s no such thing and have to lower your expectations coz I assure you, that doesn’t help either.

Aussie Kindies (Werribee) by so far one of the best decisions I made when it comes to being a new parent. I love the fact that they aren’t just there as a a career but a parent who cares after the well being of the kids in their care, a friend who always listens to what parents needs and even sometimes go beyond there means to help. And of course who can forget the young ladies who recently joined the family who are so bubbly and easy to chat with and full of ideas for the kid’s activities.

To Lori and the team, I’m beyond grateful of what you do and with the second and last bubba on the way, I know for sure she’ll be in great hands.

Our Son Has been enrolled at Aussie Kindies now for more than 4-5months in the Nursery Room. I have nothing but praise for the great staff at Aussie Kindies. Their professionalism is above & beyond.
The staff give feedback on how his day has been & how many sleeps he’s had daily so we are aware when we go home as we pick him up. The updates of video & pictures are also daily from staff in the room so it’s great to know how their day is going. It almost puts you at ease when you see your child smiling in someone else’s care. These is what you want when you’re both working parents. We appreciate you All.
Emails are replied to promptly & calls answered in a timely manner.
I would definitely recommend Aussie Kindies to anyone moving in the area or thinking to look for a new child care.

Fantastic child care centre. The team is very good specially Lori in the centre director's chair, her calm positivity to make everyone's day the best is what makes it great. Child loves it alot and miss the educators when at home. Can't speak highly enough of this centre.
