As first home buyers we were eager and anxious to go through the home buying process. Initially we were in contact with another broker yet we felt we weren’t taken seriously and so when we called George at Aussie Berwick it was nice to experience confident, clear and knowledgeable assessment. We then saw the home we wanted and after years of browsing we had to get this one, and fast. With a call to George we gave him the property info and he was just as excited as we were and gave us guidance and tips every step of the way. We managed to negotiate a good price with the real estate and settle in 30 days thanks to him. As the sale was subject to finance, it was an anxious time yet George was great at keeping us up to date and would answer our calls. This was reassuring and he kept all deadlines in order. His service and expertise was the exceptional and integral part in our sale journey and I don’t think we could have gotten the deal without him.
