I reached out to Aussie and was put in touch with Rosie at the Malvern branch for refinancing. Rosie gave me sound and straightforward advice and talked though multiple options with me. I felt no pressure to go ahead with my application like I have with other brokers in the past. Rosie was prompt and knowledgeable in communicating with me throughout the application process and I will definitely be looking to use her services again for future applications:)

Greg was my mortgage broker when I was applying for pre-approval for my first home,
as a first home buyer I was very unsure of how the process of buying a home proceeds and trying to buy properties at auctions was an additional layer of stress because of the "final" nature of the deal once you win and sign contracts.
I found that Greg was really helpful in answering all my questions and from start to finish it was probably about a year before I finally successfully purchased my first home, and there were major decision changes in that time (deciding to switch pre-approval for an apartment in one state to a house in another).
No doubt I would have pushed the patience of any reasonable mortgage broker with all my questions emails phonecalls and decision changes, but I never even got a hint of disgruntlement from Greg who always sounded happy to hear from me and how he could help.

Gregory and Rosie should be ashamed of themselves. Greg has done everything to slow down my loan application and barely communicate with me. He rarely returned my calls or emails. It took 3 months for my tiny little loan to be approved. However, during this time, Greg did a terrible job to keep me up to date with my progress. The loan should have take 2 weeks max but because of Greg's procrastination and saying that other loan's had much higher priority than mine, I was put at the bottom of the list because it was only a small loan. I have already made a complaint against Greg's behaviour to Aussie Homes Head Office and ACCC. It was an absolute disgrace the way that I was treated. I found another broker and will get another loan in 1/4 of the time. Shame on you.

Rosie was absolutely amazing to work with! She answered all of my questions and made the process of looking for a loan as a first home buyer so easy and stress free! I will definitely seek out Rosie for any future home loans!
