I was laising with Dallas for my home loan over a few weeks. He overpromises and under delivers. He told me he could apply for my loan and constantly told me he would get back to me, and then randomly disappeared. His last email was that he would call to complete my application the following morning and I got ghosted, no calls, no replies ever again. Unprofessional as if you can't deliver your services to your clients then don't string them along. I would recommend other brokers in the area who show up and deliver on their word.
