Carlie and the team exceeded all expectations. We got a great rate which is now actually lower than my recently refinanced loan for my apartment. The borrowing capacity was also much better than any alternatives.

We now have a great house and I get to keep my apartment as an investment thanks to Carlie and the team. Couldn't be happier.
