I've been dealing with Andy Etchells and the team at Aussie Home Loans Ballarat for quite some time now. Always professional and incredibly helpful and efficient. Highly recommend!

Absolutely would not recommend. 10 months later my loan is still not refinanced. Broker was uncontactable and I had to call the national Aussie number to have them respond. Took months to submit my application as they needed more details from me which they never contacted me to obtain. The most frustrating and stressful experience. I have since missed out on locking in a lower rate hence costing me $1000's of dollars in the meantime. I have since refinanced elsewhere and (tried) to contact them to cease the "progress" on my loan and have also not heard back. Do not use them.

Highly recommended Sophie and the team at Aussie home loans Ballarat as they helped my fiance and I to get our first home they're quick to respond, very happy to help with any questions you have and give you all the details you need and very responsive through text and they keep in touch to make sure everything is running smoothly and most of all they are extremely lovely people

Aussie Ballarat were fantastic in helping me buy my first home in Melbourne. They provided great service in firstly understanding my needs for a home loan, then by providing a lot of different options (and thoroughly explaining the differences). I was able to get a great loan with a number of the government benefits available, which help me be competitive in my purchasing power.

Not one but two absolutely absolutely ridiculous experiences with Aussie Ballarat (car and home loan) might as well have done it myself directly with the bank, both my conveyancer and myself had to do every possible communication between the bank you could think of there was absolutely zero urgency from the broker, due to this settlementwas significantly delayed causing me to pay significant late fees. I definitely don't recommend using Aussie to "save time" the broker buggered up paperwork (confused me with another client), didn't submit on time, didn't follow up, failed to update as required (I felt like I spent every day doing their job) can't recommend using them at all.

Great work by Sophie at Aussie Ballarat. She went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything I needed the whole way through the process. If you were thinking about buying in the future or ready to pounce on a property, I wouldn’t hesitate to choose her to handle the Job.
