Very very disappointed. Got two sheepskin rugs. We stopped by few times and when we came back for the final purchase, the items were already in airtight bags. The owner promised that the items were the ones that we said we wanted. We opened them back home - they are definitely not what we selected. They were thinner and one of the tags had yellow water stain - obviously we got one that was not stored properly, The rugs had curly spots (vs.nice straight combed quality they show on their website). I tried brushing them, it's staying curly. I'm giving two stars only because of the price point. Price is definitely competitive and quality is good.
I have bitter taste in my mouth because he lied to us. We told him we were going to purchase and we came back although we had very tight schedule while traveling because we promised him that we would come back - we kept our word but he didn't. We don't live in the country so we can't even go back to exchange them.
If you are purchasing from here, make sure they pack what you selected.
