Terrible customer service! Have used this company for a while now and had 3 lots of hair that have been terribly dry and matting. One of them was very recently. When I asked if it was a bad batch of hair and what could be done about it I received an email saying it’s not their problem and not to bother ordering from them again! I’m sorry but if it’s your hair then you have a duty to rectify it if the client only got 8 weeks out of it! Will never use again and by looking at the previous reviews I can tell a lot of others won’t be either

Not Happy with their product, I purchased the more expensive euro hair supposed to last for 6-9 months they only lasted 3 months as they went ratty, discoloured and breaking off. The owner was nasty and not cooperative at all. I will be taking them to court!

Absolutely disappointed with the weft hair extensions. Only 3 months old and the hair has broken off at the ends.

If there was an option to select negative stars i would, they do not even deserve 1 star. Absouluty unprofessional and unreasonable company. I have been a loyal and faithful customer with Aussie Dream Girls extensions for the past 6 years, I have never complained or said anything negative about this company up untill today. I purchased Remy Weft 100% real human hair from Aussie Dream Girls Extensions on the 20th of September 2019 and paid around $340 for two packets, every year I purchase two packets from this company as I know it's needed. I have noticed for the past few weeks iv needed to carry around a brush for my extensions as they are constantly notting and tangling every 10 minutes through out the day. Upon purchase I use kerastase which is a really high quality and expensive shampoo and conditioner, so I know how to maintain them very well, not to mention I also am a fully qualified hairdresser. I spoke to the lady who works their and explained calmly about my notting and tangling situation with the extensions, they advised me to send through photos to have a look and see what they can do for me, which I did. I got a call back from them after 30mins to let me know that they can't give me a new batch of extensions which was what I initially wanted from them as I have never complained or tarnished their business name, I thought by being a loyal customers for so many years that they would at least give me a new batch. In the end they told me that they can't do nothing for me what's so ever, by that I mean no refund, no new batch of extensions, not even a discount on my next purchase, nothing what so ever! No outcome at all was given and no care in the world. I am so shocked about all of this and I can't believe that they didn't even offer me anything for a resolution to the delemer I am having with my extensions. They also told me that their policies and procedures in their company is to call them with in 4 weeks after purchasing the extensions to achieve an outcome, but being a hairdresser an having a fair bit of knowledge about hair extensions, after 4 weeks the silicone will still be inside the hair sharft of the hair extensions after being manufactured, so it's virtually impossible to see any fault with the extensions after 4 weeks! This company is just their to take your money and not help people with concerning matters or deal with them either. I would honestly not recommend this company to anyone who wants quality extensions and ones that will especially last a long time, this is definitely not the company to purchase any thing from them. Will never be buying off this company ever again, also I their are other reviews on the same issues that other people are having with their extensions.just look for the word (BIRDS NEST) will describe the same situation and problem that I am having now with my extensions.

I purchased #60 blonde extensions they were very gold not at all a light blonde prior to install I wet the extensions and when combing out from the ends to the top they were pinging up which is usually a sign of cuticle going wrong way I was very suspicious of quality at that point. I shampood them using Fanola Anti Yellow which contains no suphates parabens or silicone the photos show the breakage and shedding (That amount of hair shed was from 10 tapes) I contacted them and told them I had SHAMPOOD the extensions and sent pictures my first response from THEM: Hi, I am so sorry to hear that from you. However, as we don't recommend our client to color the hair extensions as the hair already be process from harsh chemical.
ME; It was Shampoo (Fanola) My response from them was THEM: We will not accept returns of extensions altered or tampered in any way such as bleached, dyed or toned with any chemical hair colouring product.

Again I advised them that I had washed them in Fanola Shampoo NO CHEMICALS to my amazement the responded with

THEM: . We popped in the website checking the FANOLA SHAMPOO.
It states there is "Silicone Free" ingredient. We sell hair to hundreds salons Australia Wide. And we know silicon free will cause hair too dry due to over clean. And again, due to the colour has been changed. It is no longer acceptable for refund or return. We would love to help you, however, in this situation, we are unable to step further.

ME: I couldnt believe the comment from them Again I emailed them Fanola Is a Shampoo and as you can see below the definition of Silicone and Hair Extensions SILICONE IS BAD FOR EXTENSIONS and FANOLA IS SILICONE FREE

ITS JUST A BAD LOT OF HAIR WHICH I NOTICED WHEN I COMBED IT THROUGH WHEN IT WAS WET (It was pinging back and breaking) prior TO APPLYING THE SHAMPOO.
BELOW IS THE ACTUAL FACTS ABOUT SILICONE SULPHATES AND PARABENS AND THEIR EFFECT ON THE HAIR EXTENSIONS
FACT 1) “Silicone is almost like rubber and/or plastic. It is used as a sealant against water and even air. It is not a natural ingredient, and its side effects are bad for our hair. It gives the hair the illusion of shine, but it is not the shine we want—it is a fake shine from the plastic

FACT 2) Silicone – Damages Extensions. Be careful. Many hair extension manufacturers are promoting the idea that silicone is beneficial to hair extensions. The benefits of silicone are highly overrated and chemical silicone ultimately damages hair extensions

And so thankyou for reading this review clearly it would have been far better PR to simply replace the hair than recieve a bad review but they didnt seem to think so. So girls wiyth Blonde extensions you are just going to have to stay YELLOW as apparentlyy you cannot shampoo your hair wit Fanola or any other purple shampoo as according to ADG SILICONE FREE PRODUCTS are not good on their hair So I question the quality of the Hair right there.

I bought hair from here and it just kept going in to a birds nest, matted, and dreadlock consistency. I had to wear my hair in a bun every day to avoid it. The hairdresser Sonia was amazing and helpful but that's where it ended. The owner didn't care to try and fix the problem offering only a $20 discount off my next purchase. Unacceptable! It was disappointing that he wouldn't try to help his unsatisfied customer as I couldn't even wear my hair out. I will NEVER be returning there again and to anyone thinking about going there just remember if you have a problem with your hair the owner will not help you at all.

In response to you're answer the hair that I purchased has had problems from the very beginning of purchase! Which was explained to you're hairdresser! So that is a very bad excuse on you're behalf trying to blame the hair life! If what you say is true of you're hair being great quality this should never have happened in the first place! So I can not be blamed for your hair getting knotted to the point where I have to tie it up for months on end.
It seems like there are a lot of other reviews unhappy with there purchases. And seems you always put the blame on you're customers!

I have used this hair for years unfortunately I was sold a product with faulty glue. I have never had a problem with this product as a hairdresser I know what I'm doing. The glue did not dissolve and had to be picked out leaving many bald patches. This company are rude and refuse to acknowledge the issue the glue was bad. I am a hairdresser and I've been putting in hair extensions and taking them out for 20 years using the same hair and same removal method every time. This time the glue was like cement. They weren't bothered by what happened to me. They respond with lies blaming the customer.

Hi my name is Ashwak and I have been your customer for many years. I recently ordered extension and the service was horrible it is been a week and I still haven't received it. When I complain about it the person who was dealing with me was very rude and asked me to return the hair after I receive it and will stop future service. I don't know how do you do business if this is the way you treat acustomers.

I am a hairdresser have been for over 15years. Ive used ADG hair for about 5 years on and off and I have used many other hair extension brands over the years. I have a caramel blonde colour and many of my clients are blonde, I find this brand the same quality as many other brands and cheaper to buy.my hair lasts around 3-4 months being blonde and I heat style my hair every day but i find brunettes last 5months like i said i have used many other brands and they last around the same amount of time.

Really disappointed with the quality of these hair extensions. Paid good money and they just felt fake from get go. The lady is lovely there but unfortunetly wouldn't recommend to get your hair done here. I got the Russian tapes and hair started to fall off almost right away / some of the tapes didn't last. Hair started to feel very rough and dead although I got everything to treat them properly.

The hair quality is terrible but at least their customer service matches the quality of the product

If you are looking to buy quality hair, this is definitely not the place to come, hair is the worst I have ever used.it is very cheap and nasty. If you are a professional and are wanting to use this hair for your client's I suggest you stay well away, as it will cause you more problems than its worth. This is extremely low quality. Do yourself a favor and stay well away. I bought it and installed in about 10 clients and everyone of them complained, in the end it cost me more money as I needed to buy hair from a better supplier and re install new hair for all clients. Can you imagine the stress, nobody in this industry needs that!
