This was seriously the best customer service I have ever experienced in a camp store. Both of the staff went out of their way to help, offer suggestions, show us a variety of produce of various prices. It was an example of knowledgeable people with years of experience, making the time to help.there was a nice range of products available at competitive prices, but I would go back again, and highly recommend a visit, just because of the customer service!

Nice store with easy parking and happy staff, but not always overly helpful. They have competition next door so with going to both.

Store person didn't want to price match Tent world item that is out of stock. They think there are smart by show casing out of stock item in front of thier lawn.just shows desperation and poor price matching policy. Will never enter again. Spent almost $2,000 at Tent world that day, thank you.

Good for the some unique camping items.
Common items you will more than likely find cheaper elsewhere such as the Tentworld right next door.
I also find there to be no floor staff or they are inattentive.

Packed with a plethora of things that is bound to excite even the most discerning outdoorsman. I would literally be stoked with anything in that store if I got it as a Xmas gift.

Be warned! During Melbourne's lockdown! Store is only open (for click collect) from 10am to 2pm (M-F)! And the online-order confirmation email did NOT say anything about RESTRICTED hours! It was so VERY annoying to place an urgent online order, then travel down there (after 2pm) only to find it shut! ***@@@!

The young man treat me with respect, but the older stuff is an real racist, when i asked for an axe yesterday, the2 younger stuff told me there maybe some left near cooking section, but he can't be sure, than he checked with the older stuff, the old man looked at me and without any thinking and tell me directly there isn't any axe left, than i found there is bunch of them at place where younger stuff told me.
The only star is for that younger stuff

The store is well laid out and things are easy to find. Both staff I saw today were very helpful and polite. I ordered click and collect, it was ready and collection was simple.

Good customer service and staff the all had a smile on there face and were very welcoming as well, which I like when I go shopping.

Had great stock.went in to buy some boots ended up buying half the shop.the gentleman of Philippines decent was outstanding and his younger counterpart were outstanding in customer service.great shop

Went in today to exchange a shirt I'd purchased for someone as a gift. Exchanged it for the larger size and took it out to my daughter who was waiting in the car. Still too small. Came back in and asked if I could get a man's size - staff were so gracious despite my messing them about so much. Will definitely be back - very impressed and thanks for your patience!

The Ferntree Gully store has only recently opened, but is well stocked with mostly new stock with some Army surplus items from various countries. Prices are competitive compared to similar stores.

Bad service.in fact no service.no greeting.in fact we were not even sure if we were being served until they asked for the money. Go to the store in knox.much smaller but soo much better

After spending an hour next door with staff who seemed really bored, not sure what was in stock or where certain items were, you were so professional, helpful and above all, respectful. I was in and out of Aussie Disposals within five minutes. You knew exactly what I wanted and where to find it. I was very impressed with you and also the Manager, Will. Highly recommend this store and staff.

I received excellent service when I purchased my new camping gear last week at the Ferntree Gully Store.
I popped into the opposition next door to compare prices however I found the staff uninterested and didnt acknowledge my presence in the store as I browsed for 15 minutes.
I found Eliza and the team at Aussie Disposals to be very helpful and understanding of my requirements. I will look to Aussie Disposals ftg the next time I head out on My next big adventure as they had a large range.
I will recommend the Ferntree Gully store to all my family and friends.
