GAS BOTTLE REFILLS! Didnt know they did this. Got my 2kg bottle filled in a jiffy for $12. Friendly service and seemingly a good range.

I was served by Tanya whose customer service was exceptional. She went over the top to help me decide on a suitable camp mattress for my needs and showed genuine empathy for the tough time i am having at the moment. The world needs more Tanyas in it!

Good prices but can be hard to get someone to handle your purchase, especially if the main guy isn't around (he's actually really good with customer service). I've had to give up after waiting and walk out a couple of times now which is frustrating. For smaller camping items, you can usually get them next door at BCF for a little bit more, not that I feel any better about that.

Full of great stuff. Just found an awesome piece of kit for all campers to carry, a FixnZip! It can fix any broken zip slider in seconds!

Extremely poor customer service! A catalogued item was available, but not to me as the remaining one was put aside for a team member 6 hours before closing! I was told they would order one in, but I explained it was my sons birthday, but still the female sales person said " It's for my mum". I have 30 years of retail, and not once have I denied a paying customer an item! If I want one, and it hasn't sold at EOD trade then I can purchase it.otherwise, I order one for myself. I got the item, FROM ANOTHER AUSSIE DISPOSAL STORE an hour away! The manager there was disgusted in the experience I had in my home town shop. Not only did I get the item, he gladly POSTED the item to my son in Melbourne! Sorry Bairnsdale A. D, you've lost our family business, and we have shopped a lot in there. Going to Sale from now on!
