Previously stayed with iiNet for over twenty years. Then their service fell off a cliff. Aussie Broadband was recommended to us and we have not been disappointed. Very patient problem solvers. For us oldies it's much appreciated.

Very helpful staff. I purchased an existing Villa property which did not have NBN. Ausie Broadband did all the organising to establish a new NBN. Could not be happier with the service

Finally moved over to Aussie Broadband after a long time procrastinating. Previous provider has been going down the toilet and I was worried porting would be a tedious process.

Within 60 mins of placing the order the NBN was cut over and after a router reset everything worked perfectly.

Web chat has been fast and extremely helpful. Have ported all 3 mobiles too.

Highly recommend Aussie Broadband based on my experience.

My broadband is an NBN connection and I have had the issue of internet dropping out every 10minutes for the last 6 months and was beyond frustrated. I had spoken to my then service provider Optus and was doubly frustrated as their customer service was poor to say the least. The call center was offshored to maybe a South-East Asian country and while I mean no disrespect, it has been very difficult to get the agents to understand the issue or recommend any course of action. Long wait times and being disconnected from calls midway became the norm.
While my technical common sense told me that my issue was most likely not a service provider related one, I was so fed up with the poor customer service that I decided to change my service provider to Aussie Broadband based on the sole fact that I had received sensible responses from their sales team when I called them to enquire about their internet plans.
And I was not disappointed. The connection experience was seamless due to Aussie Broadband's email communication that described every step of the process. True enough though, my issue with frequent internet dropouts persisted.

On calling their technical support, I was again pleasantly surprised to note that there was no call wait and I was connected to someone locally in Australia. Within a few minutes of troubleshooting, the agent could see at her end that there was definitely a fault in my reception and proceeded to book an NBN technician. 2 days later, the NBN Tech came out and fixed the issue in 15min! Said it was a 'fried' component in the NBN box outside. I could not believe, the months of back and forth that I had had with my previous provider for an issue that was apparently so easy to determine and fix!

Highly recommend Aussie Broadband for their prompt action, great communication and overall excellent customer service.

Aussie are awesome you get the speeds that you pay for not like some other broadband companys were the tell you you'll get the speed and you don`t

Only just switched to Aussie, the process was painless and the service was live almost 24hrs before I got the "it's live" email. I noticed it was up on the MyAussie Portal, removed my old modem/router and plugged my Google mesh directly into the NBN TA. Had to cycle both the TA and the Google router, ll csme up no problems. Service good, easy to talk to.

I got excellent high quality, local, patient, near 50 minute customer service on a Sunday when our TV refused to connect to our WiFi (it lost track of the DNS server after a maintenance outage). I was quite surprised, and impressed by the service. Considering I've been with them since the end of 2020 and have had near to no connection or speed issues (compared to my experience with TPG for instance), I can't recommend this mob enough. Who ever is running the joint has their finger on the pulse of the entire company structure and knows how to run a respectable, efficient and customer conscious company. Good on em'.

I have been with Aussie Broadband since 2018 and have never had an issue with them. They are very customer focused and are very helpful and professional.

Social media suggested these guys were very easy to deal with. I can confirm, quite amazing really.they actually dealt with any issues promptly and you did not have to wait an hour to get your call dealt with.

I dealt with two representatives, one to figure out what I needed to buy, and another to help me set up the connection. Both excellent, patient, and knowledgeable people. Sorry I can’t remember the first persons name, but she was very honest in how long bit would take to have a router sent out with some backlogs happening. I really appreciated this as I wanted the connection done ASAP and this way I bought our own router and got the plan activated in two hours.
Mel was the support person who was amazingly patient and so helpful in talking us through an issue we had in configuring the router. Sooo grateful for her assistance. Very good service all round

I had a problem with connecting to my internet. I called Aussie Broadband and did not get put on hold forever. A lovely young lady helped me and asked a few questions and then made an appointment for someone to come after the week-end. It was a problem with the NBN and the gentlemen came on time and fixed it all. Having heard horror stories of NBN I was pleasantly surprised when I was contacted on the day to confirm my appointment. All is well and I would recommend Aussie Broadband to my friends for the type of service I received. Three cheers for good service!

Had a fault, the nbn box failed and it was replaced quickly. The technician was friendly fast and even cleaned up after. He answered all my questions as well. Very happy with this service.

I have had great customer service from friendly team members & help switching from another carrier, we had some problems there but it was sorted out quickly & efficiently. I am quite happy to have joined the Aussie Broadband family
