Aussie BBQ Smoke

Purchased a 20kg bag of Ironbark lump charcoal for my Weber Smokey Mountain. Bag delivered unfortunately is more like charcoal chips rather than lumps. Very disappointed.

Amazing selection of woods, rubs and everything bbq! Terry's knowledge of all of his products was incredible and he answered all my questions about different kinds of smoking woods! Can't wait to fire up the smoker this weekend and try out all the great stuff I bought.

Dropped in to see Terry today and had a great chat. Visiting from Southern NSW and unfortunately we don’t have anything like this in my home town. The range of products are second to none that I’ve seen.
I’m yet to use anything, though given the obvious visible quality of everything in stock I’ve got zero concerns.

Wow, I am a chef of over 20 years, I have never picked up anything like this, well done for not taking a shortcut or the cheap route, this feels like the snap on tool of smoke injectors, it is so good to see a manufacturer keep integrity and solid design over saving $2 well played! Thankyou, makes Bradley look like a joke.

Couldn't recommend aussie bbq smoke and the boss any higher, great range of wood chunks, pellets, dust, what ever your choice for the creation of smoke. They also provide a quite large selection of rubs, marinades, sauces, smoked salts and peppers. Also the injection kits are a god send when it comes to large pieces of meat like brisket and grab some moist to go with it you won't regret it. Terry is an absolute encyclopedia of information when it comes to the art of smoking I've taken his advice one a few options for the various things I've smoke and the results are amazing, customer service is seconded to none I've been coming here ever since moving to Vic. Anyway enough blowing smoke, come here over any other establishment I've never regretted it, not shall you.

I sent Terry a message asking for dimensions of the 5kg wood chunk bags - I found him to be quite rude which was quite upsetting as I was looking for someone to supply us in Canberra. Even if the prices are good, I won’t support this business.

I have been using Aussie BBQ Smoke for years. Terry supplies the best quality charcoal and wood chunks around. Customer service is top notch and the range of rubs, smoked salts are ingenious.

Fantastic service, quality product and very reasonable prices. I was told about these guys on an aussiebbq forum and am so glad I was. Wont be buying my bbq wood from anywhere else!
