Would give zero stars if I could. Don’t bother with this place. I left a mower for a quote four weeks ago. Heard nothing so I rang a couple of times to be told “we haven’t had a chance to look at it yet, it usually takes at least three weeks, it’s like that everywhere”. I wasn’t told that when I dropped it off. Fed up waiting, today I rang them to tell them I was going to pick up the mower. “It’s not ready yet. ” was the curt response. I told them that was why I was picking it up.
When I got there, I was told to go around to the back lane way where my mower was waiting. I drove around, and no-one came out, or offered to help me load it into my car. I’m no invalid but these things are heavy and it would have been polite to offer to help. I could have gone off with any of several mowers they had there.
Obviously they didn’t want my business. That’s fine, but just tell me, rather than wasting my time for a month. All I wanted was a quote, not a rebuild of a bloody Concorde. Not sure how you stay in business with that sort of dismissive attitude.

I could not have asked for more. I was greeted with a smile and quick conversation. Showed pictures of my lawnmower and within 5 minutes I had a resolution and got the parts I needed. I have found my lawnmower repair shop.)

Acutal work is not bad, however I was initially told job can be done in one week but eventually it took 3 weeks

Rob has worked on my mower, wipper and 2 chainsaws on numerous occasions over the years and is always friendly and helpful as well as being reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

When to get just some blades replaced and when get lawn mower back the throttle speed changed. Could barley start it and when I did couldn’t turn it off. When call the repairer he said “All I did was replace some blades. It’s got nothing to do with me”. “It’s your choice to not bring the mower back” and I said I don’t want him to ever touch my mower he then hung up on me.

Great down to earth guy, reasonable prices, work done fast and right. Would recommend him to anyone if your tools are broke!
