Ausplumb

I am a property manager and have been using Ausplumb for the past 5 years. I can not recommend them enough! They have been extremely helpful, well priced and are lovely to deal with.

I was overseas and there was a problem with a new air conditioning unit, water was apparently gushing from it. The body corporate contacted Ausplumb who came out, Ryan said it was something to do with solenoid in new AC, switched everything off, also told my neighbour I would have a huge water bill and I would need a report from Ausplumb to send to the council. I have contacyco the company many times, always excuses re being busy on emergency calls etc, I have been waiting since the dtsrs of septSepte and still no report, the council have read my meter so I am about to receive this huge bill. All I want is Ausplumb to confirm in writing that there was a leak due to AC, I have asked to speak with the manager, no response.

Had a new hot water service installed 4 or 5 months ago and had to go without hot water for 3 days waiting for the fault to be fixed. Went from gravity fed to mains pressure and it has barely made a difference. Now there's noise coming from it, sometimes when it's in use and other times when not in use. Still waiting for a call back.

Fantastic work changing over our HWS at quick notice. They turned up on time and the guys were very neat and tidy, they even cleaned up after themselves.
