We have been renting their apartment in their Westside place, took care of the place like my own, emotionally I was so invested in that place, went around painting their apartment the time of leaving though it was brand new
But these guys just needed to cut off $600 from my bond money, it was not required at all. Left to in Beutiful condition

They charge you for wear and tear and basically think ur stupid, little did they know we own properties and are landlords as well and understand the game very well.

Be very careful
They ridiculously cut off from bond money.
Highly not recommended!

Staff is very polite and professional, they can answer everything l'm doubt and very quick reply.they also very communicative and patience to customer, will look for them again for my next rental.

The property manager Mia in the Auspacific Property Investment Group is really appreciated by Sophia (me) in the past one year when Sophia is renting the apartment in Hawthorn VIC 3122. Patient, professional, and reliable with excellent expert skills are her characteristics. Mia always replies my requests very quickly and is always extremely professional to deal with those requests and problems with great patience.

It was quite a delightful journey to cooperate with Mia and Auspacific Property Investment Group. As a customer, I have received the service above my expectations. Their professional assistance is well appreciated by me and my roommates. I will never hesitate to choose Auspacific Property the next time when I move.

I dont know where to contact about the need of repair and maintenance of cooling system. Contacting Mia from almost 2 months now and she literally dont care if the family is dying witj the hot weather. Multiple emails sent and i always receive one excuse that she is not aware of any techs. Please do contact if anyone else can help from the agency or we will have to take this to other departments as we always pay rent on time and in full.

They dont answer calls and have noticed that they have problems in their air conditioning in all their homes. The people giving 5 stars is their own staff lol. First dont rent with them but if you are then do check the air conditioning before as they try not to fix it for you as they consider it an unnecessary cost because they live in a good air conditioning so why caring about some random family and their kids dying of heat wave. If my bub gets sick look where ill take this.

Beware when dealing with this company.

I signed a lease with them and was set to move in. Six days before our move date and after doing all the organization for the move, they decided the terms of the lease was not in their favor and started trying to bully me into paying more rent and wanted to get out of installing the air conditioner they agreed to.

Legally, they would be required to abide by the terms of the lease and couldn’t charge more rent or get out of the agreement. However, after considering their behavior prior to moving in, I was very concerned with how they would be to deal with for 12 months, so I allowed them to terminate the lease and refund the rent and bond. (They took their time refunding my money.)

My experience is that they are dishonest and will try to bully and lie to you to get what they want. Be careful.

I had rented the property from them for more than a year. My agent is Mia. She is great, highly professional and reliable. She goes out of the way to help. She is very responsive to e-mails and calls as well.

Highly unprofessional and incompetent agency. They canceled my signed lease one week out from my move-in date, totally disrupting my life. I spent the next two days canceling utilities, movers, and re-negotiating my old lease. These people should not be in business. They also lied in their ad about the unit having an air conditioner/heater. They tried to force me into paying more rent than what was already written into the lease, which I refused to do since we had a binding agreement. It was better to not move in since they were being this difficult even before moving in. They also didn’t want to give me back the bond, after promising to refund it. I had lodge a VCAT complaint for them to refund it to me like they had promised. Everything I have written in this review can be backed up with emails and the lease, which I have a copy of. I would recommend not doing business with these people.

It's ABSOLUTELY THE WORST! Real estate agent you can possibly deal with. Be ready to be yelled at, ripped off, tricked and blamed for the wrong doing that they did. Good luck for those who stuck with them as your property agent. JUST A FRIENDLY REMINDER DO NOT SIGN WITH AUS PACIFIC! EVERRR

They had advertised a home at a nice location with very good rent. I applied immediately and since then there is no response. They dont pick up calls on landline and neither on mobile. I dont know what they are upto.

Had a really bad experience with the leasing agents in particular. Due to the pandemic, we were facing hardship and requested a measly $10 discount on rents weekly (agents from other company says that according to my situations I should have requested for at least 20% discount). Anyway, I only received an email from them only after I sent them an email saying that I would contact consumer affairs if they continue to ignore my emails. In the email Agent Sonia said that they will notify the landlord.

Two months passed and many email sent to them without any response, I was not able the pay the rent anymore and told them that I would need to terminate the lease on 11/1/2021 due to financial hardship and their failure to negotiate the rent payment. Sonia told me she need to ask the landlord about this. During our phone conversation, Sonia talked about a lot of things that doesn't make sense, which made me doubt that she did not even notify the landlord that I have requested for a rent deduction.

I notified them at start of December 2020 saying I would move out on 11/1/2021 and guess what. Sonia gave me a call on 11/1/2021 afternoon saying that the landlord has agreed to terminate my lease and I need to return the key tomorrow! Telling me on the last day, how responsible she is. Lucky that I have organized everything and moved out before that date and I was also prepared to go through VCAT if they did not approved.

However, things did not end here. I returned two sets of keys and am waiting for them to inspect the unit and return the bond. They emailed me on the 2nd week after I moved out, which I think is within a reasonable timeframe, stating that the unit needs further cleaning. I arranged my cleaners again and took a set of key on the day of cleaning and returned the key next day. I waited for them to inspect the unit again and process my bond refund.

Two weeks passed, no email from them after the second cleaning. I called Sonia on the phone and was told that she left her position and Agent Mia is taking care of my unit. Mia notified me that they only have one set of key and the other is missing, so she thought that I have not returned the key. Hence, did not process my bond refund! How ridiculous, if I did not call back, they will never process my bond refund? I could do a lot of things within that two weeks if I really had the key, this shows that she does not care for the landlord's property and the tenants wellbeing. Anyway, finally got my bond back one month after I moved out.

In summary, really bad experience renting with the company. Slow response rate, need to call them or they will never respond to your emails. Does not care for the landlord and tenant.
