We have used Auskay now for the third time, we first met Maz when he and his partner were operating from a van, they provided great service to us and when we moved again we used Auskay to facilitate a ducted vacuum and a security system. We have recently built again on the Peninsula and again chose Auskay to provide a ducted vacuum system, security system and door entry monitor. Whilst the systems have improved with technology on each occasion the service has remained the same, outstanding. I would highly recommend Maz and his team to anyone, in particular people engaged in building.

We built our home in 2002/2003 and Maz arranged for supply and installation of Alarm, Ducted Vacuum, Doorbell with monitor, network and Tv antenna points, the complete package. Until we sold the property everything was working flawlessly.
Our second home was built in 2014 and I again got the services from Maz and his team for supply and installation of full package including video surveillance too, everything is working as they should be, thanks Maz for your excellent customer service.

My house was built by Metricon in 2000 and they used Auskay ducted& alarm system.
My alarm is still working perfectly well after 20 yrs but the ducted vacuum engine blew up during Christmas time. When I googled I was so glad to found out that the company was still running. I spoke to Mazz couple of time on the phone. He even returned my calls on his holiday break. He was very polite and honest. He could of easly sell me a new mashine for over $1000 but instead he said he could put a new motor and serviced for $200 Thank you so much for being so honest Mazz.

Arrogant and rude! Next to no aftersales support. Think twice before buying from these guys!

Maz and his team run a very professional service with great quality products. We built a new house and had cameras / ducted vac system installed. They took care during the installation and was very respectful of our property. The camera system is excellent quality and the ducted vac system provides great suction which makes cleaning easy. We highly recommend them to anyone who requires these products.

We have purchased ducted vacuum system and automatic access and video surveillance systems from Auskay. Maz and his team have been very helpful during the installation process back in 2007.11 years after we are still using the same systems, and recently upgraded a few items.and during this process Maz was also very helpful in replacing aged items.i have found their products in very good quality and when ever something needs to be fixed maintenance team was ready.during the last 11 years we have probably used their maintenance service probably only 2 times.

Thought I the only person experiencing bad after sales customer service from them. Binned the excel and never look back. Very rude and abnoxious boss. The same goes to the customer service person answering the phone.

Don't ever deal with those guys. Pooooorrrr after-sale service. Very unprofessional. Be extra careful.
