Best synthetic turf in Melb and even better customer service. I attended the show room on Monday and purchased turf for my DIY install. It was delivered at 10am on the Wednesday and I self installed it by 3pm. Damien who sold me the turf gave me his direct number and allowed me to call and ask any questions I needed to make sure I achieved the best result. It was a really good experience and I’m very happy with the final product.
We will definitely come back to do the rest of our yard with the same turf.

These guys have a great set up in the show room. They had a very large range.
Tanish in the showroom was extremely helpful without being pushy. He was happy with either us DIY or having their guys install for us.

I love my garden, so it was a huge decision to go with artificial turf but one made easier by dealing with Ausgrass and in particular Tan. He answered politely and in detail, my many questions and the whole job went smoothly as per his assurances. The installer, Luke, was very experienced and equally helpful explaining the reasons for the various steps. I am “over the moon” with my new look garden. Both guys were professional and efficient and I certainly recommend Ausgrass.

They sell Chinese grass and lie about how it is not Chinese. Don’t be fooled by their lies. If you’re on a budget, you can buy same quality grass for way less from other suppliers.
