8Had two leaks in the space of 12 months at my meter which is apparently common, maybe time to use different equipment. Waited hours to get hot water service relit and they never showed up. Had to go to work and they couldn't attend with no one home even though there is clean external access. Had to pay a gad plumber to come and get it all working. What a joke.
I have had the pleasure of dealing with Matthew from Aus Net Servers Australia Pty Ltd for many years now for my web hosting. The company and Matthew have been wonderful and always very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality and affordable webhosting.
Katherine Community Radio uses Aus Net Servers to provide SIP trunks, Web Hosting and streaming Services for our radio station. They have provided very competitive rates for these services whilst providing 100% uptime. During setup their support service was efficient and very helpful.

Absurd late fees and will report you to fraud record as previously mentioned in other reviews, very sad

"I have just been advised that you have left a negative review. Our management team have been notified and will take appropriate action in accordance with the Australian Law. "
Sending me to debt collectors for a contract I never signed regarding a website service that he never built! Also note on Aus net website Matthew (the owner) is the author of any positive reviews. DO NOT trust his sham business ethics. He is a one man show who after 10 years in business STILL has to drive Uber full time to make ends meet. When you question him about invoices and he has no legitimate answer he makes up a fake name to blame administration or account staff when it's all him
